i think this is to do with the txd of the car mod your using. try installing the car mod with SAMI (san andreas mod installer) or try another car

a comon issue. you have to over right the GTA San Andreas\text\american.gxt with the one included in the zip

this is almost certainly because you dont have version 1.0 of GTA SA. you can downgrade it, use the link in the readme

Depends on what modding program ur using. If you not are using GTA SA Mod installer i don't know.. But the only thing i know is that its the best program.

I installed this CLEO, but when i start it up with a modded police car all that happens is all the lights stay on, and change very slowly throughout, and holding f12/11 does nothing. is there a way to change the keybind?

this suggests CLEO is not working correctly. press esc to pause the game and see if it says about scripts loaded. if not it's not working

also make sure you're using GTA SA v1 (not 1.1)

No, since Cleo isn't serverside supported, AFAIK you can't implant CLEO scripts.

u need a version 1 of sa just google gta sa no cd crack and replace the normal gtasa.exe with the no cd crack one good luck

yes it works this is just a cleo script that makes the lights flash no matter what vehicle.txd you have installed

HQ lights mod just makes the lights in gta sa look more realistic

sounds like its not installed correctly. have you followed the instrcutions in the readme? if you press esc to pause the game it should say something in the corner about scripts loaded. if not CLEO is not installed/working

1. Your GTASA is Patched V1?

2. You have CLEO installed?

3. You put all files in CLEO folder in SA directory?

4. You may need the GTASA Crash Patch Fix as for some users , if they install CLEO then run the game , it crashes :)

u cant run cleo on a patched gta sa it has 2 have a v1 exe file 2 getv one just search gta sa no cd crack and once u hav downloaded it open up ur gta sa folder and replace the old one with the new crack version there u hav it
