i would reccomend using the windows movie maker. It comes with windows and you should be able to open most any file types, really easy to use too. If you are having a problem opening some file types, then download a a codec for it. good luck.
yeah.. shooting full cans is cool for the effect, but the same thing will happen if you shoot full (shaken) cans of soda with a pellet rifle. For a real test shoot them empty to compare it to a .22 cal
yeah, Savage makes alot of different models of .17 HMR. Marlin is probably the cheapest, but I'm between either Ruger or Savage. And kind of leaning towards Ruger, because I've shot alot more of them.
The savage has a nice heavy target barrel, even though the gun overall is pretty light. Ive never had experiences with the ruger, but i do know the savage is incredibly accurate. My dad can shoot multiple cans off hand at 100+ yards. Either way, i highly suggest a 17hmr no matter what brand. It blows up cans, ground squirrels, birds, I shot a sparrow with it once and all i found was a wing. damn
Hahaha! Awesome. Yeah, I talked to a guy about a .17 HMR in a gun shop yesterday and he said you can barely see the hole it makes, but it can mess up some animals.
Maybe if you backed up a bit and chose a camera angle from uprange a bit, you'd get a better view. Also, leave space in the viewfinder for the can and water to fly back. Just a suggestion.
