After they hit that kid in first couple seconds (21-30s) of the video it's ironic that they expect him to get up and leave immediately. Poor kid probably had his knee cap shattered or something. When we get a first glipse of the situation the kid is on the ground. Either because he had been clubbed already or because he was trying to show that he wasn't posing a threat to those officers.
