Oh, okay. The one you're talking about is pretty much the same design, but it does not have a semi-serrated blade and it has black inserts in the handles. Personally I'd stay away from handle inserts, my last knife had those and it fell apart pretty quickly.

@alexanderho As far as I know, you need a special permit to have knives such as a butterfly knife shipped to CA. Butterfly knives and switchblades are illegal in California.
