That's why 2wd electric buggy is tops. Your tuning must be spot on, your skills must be flawless and your head must be clear. 2wd is my favorite class.

@TIMEx69x sc is new and slow, fun as hell, but not going to be as fast as a 2wd buggy for a long time. the aerodynamics are all kinds of awful. i have a blitz, and drive several others, i love them for several reasons, durability, ease of getting into the hobby (for the most part), and their large following, but when you gotta go fast offroad,you gotta go st or 2wd buggy. sad. i like sc, that's how i spent my new years was bashing around slash and blitz. just too many physical limits.

@TIMEx69x if your talking 2wd in general think about this for a while, with the need of a fron power train, now you have added weight, along with the front diff to fight.my first car was a 4wd buggy 8 years ago and i have 3 4wd buggies today, you can develop a driving style around that, sure, gut look at those reasons too. in theory they should accelerate faster due to the added power to the ground but the way 2wds are usually set up allows for better traction by weight alone.

This is why I believe mod buggy to be the premiere class in all of rc. What a sweet race! These guys make it look FUN, and EASY, two things it definetely is not! Well it may be fun if you are awesome, but I'm not. Oh yeah, did you guys see that track? Incredible... Thanks LiveRC!!!!
