hey how do you get police to come after you online because i went to prefrences on the phone and turnd police on and then went to free roam with a friend

well i know you cant in party mode.. what I do to set up these rampages is I go to my phone and do i multiplayer match of free roam and i make sure to set private slots to maximum, that way its only my friends and I. then in the pre game lobby there should be a setting to turn on and off police. toggle it on. then you can get wanted for commiting crimes
