And if you check on Thane Eugene Cesar the guard who was standing beside Bobby - who has admitted he had a pistol of the right caliber and finally admitted he drew it. Check him out on the internet. He was not supposed to be guarding Kennedy and he was an extreme racist.
@MrYellowlabs Watch the video. The shooting took place in a corner of the kitchen and the only observer (a photographer) had his pictures destroyed. Where did all the bullets come from - too many for Sirhan's gun? The Coroner who found this was then fired. Watch the whole vid and then tell us - you dont believe this or that fact. Just saying "No one admits it" or "Sirhan will leave prison in a body bag and no other person will ever be arrested for this crime" - That's the only truth you got.

The shooting occurred in the middle of the room/corridor. I stood on the very spot in 1977. Scott Enyart was the 15 year old photographer, and never claimed he saw Cesar fire any shots. Sirhan fired 8 shots, and only 8 bullets were ever recovered, including the one Sirhan put in RFK`s brain.
Sirhan`s death, and the shipment of his sorry-ass corpse back to Jordan, is the only news item remaining to be played out in this tragedy.
@MrYellowlabs - You say no one else was shooting at Kennedy and also the Guard Eugene Cesar (who hated Kennedy) was innocent. If you trust him so much - then he contradicts you. Here is a passage of his evidence.
Marshall: I have just talked to an officer who told me that he was at the Senator's side when the shots occurred.
Officer, can you confirm that the Senator was shot?
Cesar: Yes, I was there holding his arm when they shot him.
His hatred of Kennedy can be found anywhere on the net.
Way to go Miss Sorano and officer Gerado or Cherado I am not sure his name but you guys have what it takes, on the other hand, thi Hernandes guy, why is he interviewing a witness if he is not on the recognized force, and why is he playing on her faith and heart to get her to change her story, And if he is so worried about her faith why is he and his family not worried about chubachabra comming to their door to make his family pay for his bad deeds, Ohhhh, he has no faith, I got it now.
I think it benefits us all to recognize a very important distinction between Official CIA service & former members employed by private interests for their own political agenda. CIA is not in the practice of killing officials of the US govt. they just dont do this. But you can bet that big corporations hire ex cia w/all their skills and expertise to achieve objectives otherwise impossible. And these objectives might include the assassination & scandal of top political figures.
Wish this was true but during the 60's things were pretty bad. The head of the CIA was Allen Dulles who was a supporter of Hitler. Google - Dulles + Bush + Nazi - and you will get the full story. When Kennedy fired Dulles and his deputy Cabell they planned his murder. How? Cabell's brother was Mayor of Dallas!! Google him!

@julchip Space doesn`t allow me to point out all the erroneous "facts".
For starters, consider these two facts :
1} Sirhan was apprehended while he was still firing shots
2} More than 70 people in the pantry that night, and not one claimed they saw anyone else firing a gun
Here are more facts :
Sirhan has been imprisoned since age 24
Sirhan is now 67
Sirhan will eventually leave prison in a body bag
No other person will ever be arrested or tried for this crime

Nobody--not Rafer Johnson, not Rosie Grier, not George Plimpton--ever saw Cesar fire a shot.
None of the many dozens of Kennedy supporters who witnessed the shooting ever saw anyone other than Sirhan fire.
How could anyone fire a gun, in that particular setting, and go undetected? You can`t!

There was a piece on Newsnight where a reporter found video footage of three CIA killers in the Ambassador Hotel before the assassination.
