ive got pattelar tendinitis as well as an inflammed and strained pes anserinus. which of the two taping methods do you recommend or do you suggest a combination of the two? thanks
my kness are already swollen on the inside. I have been too doctor and the gave me antiflamatotry. That is not what I need. I think the damage has been done. I look knock kneed and use too have beautiful legs and the last few years the are getting worse! what has happened and how can I get rid of it!
when i was in 8th grade i was outside running 800m 700m my knee and Acl,Mcl broke and now 4years later i can't training because of the pain. And i have knee pads and Tape but dossn't help much i want to gett on training soon how do i start? where do you gett Kt- tape?
i have a similar problem, my knee has a pain when i bend it, climb stairs, and especially when i go into a squatting position. It feels like it'll pop or have a slight crack if i went into a complete squat position.
Unlike the person in this video, i haven't had any knee injuries before. I THINK it might have been caused from when i jumped and fell from about a 7 feet height today. I didn't think i hurt my knee during the fall, but i felt the pain later on.

Tape is great make sure to shave the part where its need it. No pain in my MCL it feels great.
