man this trailer makes the movie seem so shallow (no offense to the person who posted it) but the movie was so much deeper than just a "hero who united a nation and went through a bunch of tough guys to beat the final boss." I really think this movie was under-appreciated by american audiences because of the cliche expectations

I didn't know that Quentin Tarantin presented this the film. But he was not writer, was not producer and was not guest actor. He just "presented" this the film for american auditory.

I won't claim to be a martial arts film buff, but this is one of the best movies I have ever seen, of any genre. It made me cheer, and it made me cry. It's the Star Wars of Japanese films.

the movie got delayed in the US for two years, so Tarantino offered to attach his name on it to get it launched in the US and to generate interest through name recognition

the colors of the scenes separate each of the flashback. The red one represent Nameless' explanation of how he killed the other two assassins, the blue one represents the kings explanation, and the green and white both represent what really happened.

Quinten Promoted it to Western audiences. I think it because it was the first action film of the director and not many people would take it on.

This movei si Beutiful I love the cotsumes and misic. Lol I wish I was in it but that would have looked odd having an Austrlain with red hair in it.
