  • hakeem > shaq yo

  • Forget 61/21 in this generation shaq would of easily have 120/56 game easily imagine thats just so scary to think about it. He was beyond a building this guy was just not a beast he was something else. He was a planet he was so unstoppable.

  • Ppl font know but Hakeem was in his prime. If prime shaq would of gone one on one with Hakeem prime. Shaq would of destroyed him. Shaq kivked hakeems ass later in his career when his career was going out when he was with the raptord. And to you cheap Clipper fans if shaq would of been on this generation he woulda block the shit out of that Jordan and Griffin and put them in foul trouble all day.

  • It's going to be a long time before we ever see another center score 60+ in a game.

  • kobe clapping hands with shaq.. classic! :P

  • Came here after watching Dwight's career game. Now this is the real Superman of the NBA. 61 and 23. Wow.

  • EL CHAQ LO MAS DUROOO

  • i love how this was technically an away game for the lakers

  • on this night i missed the game because i wasn't abel to watch tv on a school night at the age of 10 darn you mom. lol!

  • this was super impressive, but seriously that defense was just awful

  • just imagine how much he would have if he couls shoot free throws

  • Shaq will be for ever the best center that NBA got it, that skills with that body it's just amazing, how he moves in the paint and in transition, how he pass the ball and how he rebounds...

  • how many assists did Kobe have?

  • Whats incredible is that he played 45 minutes, at his size, that shows how well condition Shaq was in his prime.

  • Kareem would have nothing on shaq, if shaq could hit free throws. all time NBA scorer then

  • Mannnnn Shaq was the fucking man in his prime!

  • Yoo these commentators are psychic!

  • lol his fg% is higher than his ft%

  • 00:40 <<<<<woow

  • Beautiful

  • Just remember guys.....he retired as a Celtic......

  • the alley-oop to himself was acually sick at :30

  • back in the days when kobe had pubes on his head

  • where does the ball go at 2:47-2:51?

  • Clippers fans do not exist. All I can hear are Lakers fans.

  • Audio is off.

  • that shaq-kobe alley oop was NUTS!!!

  • its weird to see kobe passing and watching others score ;)

  • poor kobe..... 0:30 his like hey pass me the ball..... please!!!

  • imagine if he would have made his FT he would have more points than jordan in is career - high game!

  • if he had made his free throws the guy could of had 70

  • Comment removed

  • not to mention 23 rebounds. BEAST.

  • 8:00 look at my swag blank paper

  • the centers today are nowhere as good as those in the 90s and early 00s

  • @luissyquia now its pretty much about the point guards.

  • Do the clippers have any fans.

  • @TheRtate2 nowadays, yes

  • If he only made all his free throws, he couldve had 70

  • 0:32 shaq tried doing a pull up...

  • the tittle says all FG

Well OBVIOSLY come on Shaq cant make free throws lol

  • I don't know why people think Bill Russell is the best when they (most likely) never saw him play any game. I'm not saying he's bad but he played in the 60's and I doubt any of us watched NBA back then.

  • @moewwe54 Bill Russell is not the best. He benefited from having 6 HOF teammates, the GOAT coach, and unathletic white guys guarding him. Put him in todays NBA, 8ppg, 9rpg.

  • @oldmanwithers1 maybe so but still 10 blocks with it

  • @oldmanwithers1 Russell would have more like 14 ppg, 9 rpg, 8 bpg. I still think that would qualify him as the best athlete and player today

  • @sizzlexc 14 and 9 would make him the best player today? Kevin Love has better numbers than that and he isnt the best in the game. I was being quite generous with my previous ppg estimate. Russell was horrible on offense, as a center, being an athletic freak of his time, being taller than majority of the players, and being able to camp in the paint all day, never put up 19ppg +, while shooting at a horrible % for a 5. His blocks and rebounds were against small white stiffs. Dwight guarding him?

  • whoa @6:02 shaq's head by the rim

  • fuck i already miss shaq ....

  • @ozimus bill russell ....

  • What a self-birthday present!

  • lmfao, that was like nba street homecourt, DOUBLE DUNK, except with a fail and then a dunk lol

  • Pete Chilcutt, Anthony Avent, Taylor, Olowocaddy, ... they might as well guard him with Piatkowski!!!! 2 mindblowing plays though, Shaq on fastbreak and spin-alley-oop!! DAMN!

  • everyone scores a career high against the Clippers...

  • @AdjustTo kobe did it against the knicks.

  • @AdjustTo not anymore with the new clips team

  • when it said 61 points all FGs i was waiting to see the three haha

  • LEAVE THE CLIPPERS ALONE! LEAVE'EM ALONE!

  • cant wait until 2016 when Shaq gets his HoF induction that he deserves

  • imagine if shaq made his freethrows

  • @TojoADL if he made 70% of his free throw he will be the best ever no contest

  • SHAQ IS THE MIKE TYSON OF BASKETBALL

  • LA Clippers have a sign outside their arena for players,'Come and get your Career High Points Here!'

  • DIESEL!

  • Chick Hearn <3

  • shaq is a hacker :D

  • Avent and Olowokandi oh hell

  • shaqs oop to kobe is better than some point guards today haha

  • the clippers' big men gave up after the first quarter.

  • Shaq's got it.... slam dunk

  • those were the good old days , #lakersnation

  • 5:33.

    O_O

  • on the most physically dominating centers list, he's number 1

  • @palmer8112 fuck you, he's 3rd!!!

  • @palmer8112 he had a one handed turnaround jumpshot.. and he can shoot freethrows but only not consistent..

  • @5042024

haha dude Shaq won the MVP in 2000. Maybe you should like research your statements a lil more before you say them...

  • out of sync.

  • Kobe was a sidekick back then, no doubt!

  • SHAQ THE GREAT, WE'LL MISS YA BIG FELLA !

  • Thumbs Up if You think SHAQ IS THE BEST CENTER IN NBA HISTORY

  • @ozimus Hakeem is better

  • @ozimus What about Wilt Chamberlain? Bill Russell? Kareem?

  • @ozimus YES! I hate how people repect legends so much like Wilt Chimberlain their embarassed to say someone is better but Im not. Wil Chimberlain's era were weak as

  • @ozimus naa wilt and kareem were better but shaq is right there in third

  • @ozimus hes not very good. no skill just size.

  • @stsk7 did you not see him start the fast break and make a guard like pass? Did you not see the post moves?

  • @stsk7 he might not have shooting skills but having SIZE is the skill you cant teach!!everything else you can learn n practice but you cant grow by practice.so Shaq used his size n power well he is top 5 center of all time

  • @ozimus

    BITCH PLEASE!

    HAKEEM!!

  • @ozimus ever heard of hakeem olaujwan?

  • 0:30*

  • 0:33 nice dunk .

  • what's scary is he missed 9 FTs, shaq's kryptonite or else he'd go for at least 60 every game, lets have a toast for the greatest center of our DECADE. The "Real" Superman

  • worst fans ever

  • he scored 61 becasue the clipper didnt give his famly free ticket, after the game he said remember dont let me buy ticket

  • I REMEMBER THIS NIGHT I WAS 10 YEARS OLD AND IN THE 4TH GRADE WHEN I SAW THIS GAME I WATCH SHAQ PLAY HIS WHOLE ENTIER NBA CAREER NOW THAT HE IS GONE THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER SHAQ SUPERMAN O'NEAL I WILL MISS YOU DEARLY SHAQ!

  • I'm surprised at how smooth Shaq looked at some of his baskets. With his typical bully-ball dunks, he also showed some nice footwork and sweet finger rolls for some of his baskets. Awesome game, and I'll miss the big fella.

  • Will miss Shaq!

  • If Shaq made those 9 or 10- free throws he missed..would have hit 70 easy...SHAQ IS A BEAST

  • @5:31....what a move for a guy that size

  • and the very next game they had the vince carter alley oop!

  • hell yeah kcal 9.

  • image him shooting free throws.. 40 pts a game

  • 61 points, 23 rebounds on 68.6% FG. That's domination right there.

  • Shaq without his physical strength = nothing much

  • @rafikz77

Well duh... hes 325 pounds. The thing is that he can still move so well with all that weight. If you can even jump friggen 3 inches up in the air with 325 pounds on you, maybe you can start talking.

  • Shaq in his prime was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen- he was an absolute beast with the Lakers/Magic.

  • if he made all his FTs, he would get 81 on his birthday

  • Birthday Career High Baby!

  • Dam I remeber the lakers around this time I'm not a fan but I like shaq and those were the best Years of his career from 2000 to about 2003

  • one of the most dominating centers ever

  • David also had 71 against the clippers

  • lol he couldve got 70 if he made his freethrows

  • If Shaq played back in the 60's at the same time as Wilt, Shaq would've became the best Player Ever in the NBA, alot stronger and more physical than Wilt, no questions asked!

  • SHAQUILLE O'NEAL THE GREATEST CENTER OF ALL-TIME!!!!!!!!!!

  • @SHAQISDANBA hahaha lol great joke made me really laugh so thanks for the laugh

  • damn! If Shaq could shoot free throws this guy could have crack 70 pts.

  • Audio is soo off...

  • i was hoping la would resign him but he is having a good year in boston. the nba will miss you big fella.

  • good bday present

  • SHAQ=DOMINANCE

  • my goodness he was babying EVERYONE in his path

they were double teaming, triple teaming him

he played almost every position, point, center, small foward.... & he just dominated

    best center ever

  • Most dominant player of the modern era. There will never be another Shaq. His size and strength is unmatched.

  • kobe is the best player ever!! period

  • Imagine young shaq with ray allens shooting ability

    Shay Allen would be unstoppable

  • @royalfrenchfrie24 That is why we say God is fair to us humans. Lol.

  • @royalfrenchfrie24 Shaqron doallen

  • They couldn't stop him

  • another coincidence, Shaq & Kobe both took a total of 22 FT attempts in their career high games'. Shaq was 13/22 Kobe was 18/22

  • anybody noticed if Shaq made all 22 of his free throws, he would have ended up with 70 points beating Jordan's career high of 69. WOW that would be something else if he did =X

lol but I'm glad it didn't happen =X

  • 8:00 I like to hold blank posters

  • "and not his last" at about 0:10 is what this game was about :D

  • Shaq had 22 points on dunks but Kobe had the dunk of the game.

  • 7:26= greatness, oh boy! If you don't like that, you don't like nba basketball!

  • I'm not say Shaq is better then Wilt, but rules then were more chilled out, no defense or offense 3 seconds no back to the basket 5 second rule, and prolly few other rules weren't applied back then. I guarantee he would of not been able to pull off 100 pts if he was in this era, nor could he have had 50 ppg 27 rebounds>.>

  • @HelpfulPenguin its more of the reason why because of shaq all these rules applies...he really change the game for CENTER positions, which i would assume makes dwight howard that much harder to be near this level where shaq was at.

  • @HelpfulPenguin Most of the rule changes, that are around today, were made during chamberlain's time to stop him from dominating and he still dominated with every new rule change. I don't know if he would score 100 but he would definitely adjust to the rules and still dominate

  • See even clip funs love shaq but if Kobe did that funs will boo! Lol,

  • who need needs free throws when your that DOMINANT!!!!!!

  • if shaq shoots his free throw well...then he score 70 pts..

  • Whats the name of the guy that was guarding him.

  • @FeeltheVibe0

    Michael Olowokandi and Pete Chilcutt

  • @FeeltheVibe0 an insignificant ant man

  • @FeeltheVibe0 You mean trying to guard him

  • I had forgotten just how good the Most Dominant Ever used to be. I mean you realize he was one of the best but even still without watching clips you don't really appreciate it. Unfortunately, nowadays Shaq is just holding on trying to ride somebody else's coattails to another championship. It's sad knowing that we are going to have to watch one of the greatest Lakers ever hanging on this time with the worst team he could go to, the Boston Celtics.

  • all of them were rooting for the lakers

  • Shaq is a beast and the most dominant center in his prime but.......the clippers just looked lost out there like they were all in the crowd and not on the court.

  • i miss those days

    look at those guys

kobe was a happy young guy

shaq was a older brother and lakers werent so arrogant...

  • @ShaqAttack32Diesel How are the Lakers arrogant? If anything, they're less arrogant now. Go fuck yourself you Shaq dickrider.

  • If Shaq would've been a hungrier basketball player, he'd EASILY be a top 5 player of all time. Instead, he's hovering around #10. Besides Wilt, most dominant player ever.

  • Shaq "PRIME" is the last "GREAT" center we will see for a while. Dwight isn't even close to Shaq "PRIME"

  • @LJL7 eh...

  • @LJL7

na rokie shaq is beter then dwight in his prime look at the numbers

  • @lbj6mj23

No, no he wasn't. Shaq was better from his 2nd year on, but he wasn't better in his rookie year. Dwight averaged similar numbers while being more efficient from the floor, drawing more fouls, as well as being a better defender.

  • @IOYB

ok maybe but that stil crazy

  • @LJL7 Blame the rules changes man, back when it actually took tremendous skill to be 25 ppg+ guard and the center was king

  • Yeah it's the Best

  • Shaq could dominate Wilt and Mikan anytime! Only Bill Russell might have a chance considering his defensive prowess. ;D

  • Shaq in his prime is better than any other center in their prime, in the history of the nba. Shaq s vertical was incredible for a guy 7 foot 1 and 350 POUNDS!!!!! The guy does not get enough credit for averaging 30 points, nearly 14 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks, and 57 percent shooting from the field. Look at those DOMINANT numbers. The two greatest centers of from the modern era (90's to now) are clearly Shaq and Hakeem Olajuwon. Dont forget that Olajuwon BEAT Shaq in the 1995 nba finals.

  • Sometimes you foget how dominant Shaq was 10 years ago. He had a 3 or 4 year run there in the early part of the 2000's that was as great as any Basketball player has ever had. It's somewhat of a shame that he'e fallen off so far from what he was.

  • One of the most dominant players ever to play the game, thanks for posting this.

  • Nobody is going to score 100 pts ever again! Also nobody is going to average 50 ppg or 27 rebounds (his rookie year!) or 48,5 minutes per game in a season! Ever! If they had counted blocks back then he would be No. 1 in that category too. It was normal for him to block 7-8 shots in a game.

  • @555erik555 Wilt Chamberlain didn't average that in his rookie season, he averaged 37 points and 27 rebounds his rookie year, those numbers are from his third year in the league

  • @555erik555 he was before his time tho

  • @555erik555 wilt chamberlain was good aswell as kareem abdul jabbar who made the most points in his career than anyone else.

  • @555erik555 you said it wilt the greatest player in NBA History for me better than kobe lebron and even michael because he scored 100 points in a game and 4000 in a season with out ever hitting a three because there was none back then he all so had 55 rebounds in a game

  • @MrOsmabinladen against 6'7" 150lb centers... Honestly the only player that could even challenge him was Russell who was past his prime and undersized when they met.

  • @BlackoutRapper if Shaq played in that era he would have shattered all Wilts records.

  • @BlackoutRapper was anyone Wilt Chamberalins height back in his era? just wondering

  • @BlackoutRapper wilt?no shaq is the best center ever.or olajuwon..have u seen the size of wilt opponent before?

do u think wilt can score 100 this day?

  • @BlackoutRapper you are retarded...

  • shaq was the dominator back in the early 2000's

  • I would absolutely HATE to play for the clippers, always living in the shadow of the Lakers. I mean, for Christ's sake, they're basically playing on the Laker's homecourt EVERY time they play against one another. That's just gotta suck.

I sympathize for the Clips, I really do.

  • i dun see why u have LA clippers..

  • I've been saying this since the start... Kobe would of been a nobody if he hadn't played along side Shaq. keep in mid, while Shaq was dominating the game and leading the Lakers, Kobe was still improving as a medium type level player. He was nowhere in hell as dominant as Shaq was and will never be. Too bad they had their differences, these two would of won consecutively 5+ rings.
