i started work in 1971. in total i have had 3 days off from work . and thats it. 3 days in 38 years. it is frustrating to think that in the scheme of things i am nowhere. i could be where i am now if i had just sat on my crack and done nothing. yea it pisses me off that people get more out of life than i do, people that are workshy. but who is at fault ? the SYSTEM.. i am glad that i contribute. i have honour and integrity. the SYSTEM exists to serve itself. art for arts sake

You should rethink your philosophy mate. You're right about the bloated civil service but you're forgetting about the long term unemployed who don't want to work and the single mothers who live off their kid's benefits

This was filmed Prescot Steet , Low Hill.
You can see Coach and Horses pub in the background and Royal Liverpool Hospital.
The building he fell from is still there and is called Bridewell Art Studios.
I grew up around this area and remember them filming this as a teenager.

The social security take £8 off my mums pension until she dies for illegally working cleaning a local car repair garage in Glasgow.
she is well into her 70s ,struggling and still getting her £8 deducted(index linked)
I know she did wrong, for earning £20 a week on top of her benefit, but she needed the money to live.
