Eatin' Sashimi for Dinner (刺身を食べてる)

I just want to let you know right now. That after looking at all that tasty sashimi and realizing that because i live in a small country town in the middle of the southeastern united states, I will never be able to eat that stuff around here. Thank you for making me hungry and not being able to eat sashimi...I hope you die lol. Jk, great vid as always.

you shud eat tai first because its the most light tasting and the salmon will numb your taste buds making you taste the tai less

I could be wrong but i think they freeze tataki and then cook the outside, the freezing process would like kill the bacteria..etc.. much like cooking does and allow you to eat it raw, or semi raw or however you want to think of it. Either way its very good.

Interesting vid that piqued my apetite! I love the look of that food, though I am vegetarian. Will I find it tricky or boring being veggie when I make it over to Japan?

Outside of Tokyo (and maybe Kyoto & Osaka) it is hard to find stores and restaurants that cater to vegetarians and vegans, but they do exist.
