Because they are all so close to Bobbie, she's practically a member of the family. Still, Ned and Monica were much closer to being incest than Alan and Bobbie, and Lila didn't throw that line at Monica... of course, she was always a lot more understanding about Monica's affairs than Alan's...
I must say this is another classic of Alan and Monica's acting talent. I mean, can you just imagine arguing about the last time you've had sex with your wife and your children just happen to be standing behind you?
So, AJ, Jason, and Emily wake up to hear their father screaming at their mother about how long it's been since the last time they had sex, and decide to follow their parents downstairs to hear the rest of the argument. I love AJ's non-explanation of "assignation." The Quartermaine family is so special. :) I hate the way it's been systematically dismantled, but I love these clips.
Oh, there's not going to be any balance with the heartbreak with the way GH is playing out AQ now. Stuart Damon didn't even get any screen time today so AQ is off having a heart attack all by himself. ABC/GH has no class.
Okay, wait a minute. I take that back. Maybe it's good thing that SD/AQ was not on today. He's not supposed to "die" until 2/16...oh yeah, ABC/GH, so let's really turn the dagger in the hearts of SD/AQ fans and let it be a long slow one. I also want to say SD is a class act. It's got to be hard for him. When most people get fired from a job, that's it, you're gone. He has to go back to work. How many people get fired from their job and still show up to work and give it 101%.
Classic A & M fight involving the whole family. I love how Alan tries to "humor" Monica at the beginning with the tray of coffee/juice. I love the "massive dose of sexual frustration" line and later how Reginald gets stuck inbetween A & M with the tray. The tough part was watching Emily.
Emily was so naive...kinda cute...

Man, Alan REALLY needs to grow up!
Why does he blame ALL of his affairs (both actual and "almost")on Monica?
At least Monica is sensible (and mature) enough not to blame her dalliances on HIM.

After watching this I do have a question about Lila's line she says shame on you, Alan. That is practically incest! How is it incest?

What about when Monica relented and finally got back with Alan? I think we need to see that to balance out all this heartbreak!
