Gilbert and the wizards will be the best in the eastern conference, or at least no higher then #3. Also with the addition of Oberto thats big because he is a veteran who knows how to play and can give you 10 to 15 minutes, plus everyone will be healthy next year unless they get injured again. Wizards have enough talent to make it to the finals and are one of the deepest teams in the league, with Miller and Foye coming to D.C.
