Who was video taping the Pentagon (1:35)? How did they know to video tape then?

I believe this video was from a security camera. Look for an analysis of this video which shows a closeup of the projectile. In said analysis, it appears that the white is smoke trailing from a smaller "blue" object.

You're right it does look like a projectile and that it came from a security camera. Thank you. I have only two other questions,who was able to retrieve and release the footage and were are the people then? If there was no commercial flight both this one and 93, where are the supposed dead passengers?

Retrieve and release the tape? I will give the broad answer of the federal government. Who else would have such access to pentagon security tapes.

If in fact a plane did not hit the pentagon, then your guess on where the victims of said crash are is as good as mine.
