Kermit and Fozzie in the car from the muppet movie! They should've used that car in the new movie when they were driving around reuniting all the muppets!
Yes, of course. The reason almost every Muppet is lefthanded is, that most of the puppeteers are righthanded. So they use their right hand to operate the head of the puppet and the left hand to operate the arm. It´s as simple as that.
What's cool is that you have the celebs who were on The Muppet Show and/or in The Muppet Movie, and then some who were in neither...sigh...that would be awesome if The Muppets get that type of fame again! :)
i love how the people in the crowd play along but can't help to notice all the ongoings beneath their feet.. still looks great
this was back in the day when (as Jason Segel so nicely put it) is when the Muppets were treated as actors (jim always pushed that) vs the sort of novelty act they have become

Now, something I always wondered: was there any special reason all the Muppets played their instruments left-handed?

This should have been an extra on the 3rd season box set of TMS. I have to wonder, were those bits where Rita talks to the guests unscripted?

What network aired this? Did you know they did a 4th of July special called,``I Love Liberty.'' It aired in 1982 and Norman Lear produced it.

it's hard for me to say.. but i doubt the muppets will ever recieve such a reception again
(just look at their 30th anniversary vs their 50th)
Hope disney's new ventures will pan out (muppet movie, fraggle movie, etc)
