(peace sells, madhouse and raining blood were played in this exact order ) i bought my first anthrax cd, (the greater of two evil), i was like "wtf voice has changed...", i grown with ANTHRAX and no matter what singer ! Sorry,but differences between Teutonic and bay area for example are barely recognizable, both are deadly fast and filled with kickass riffs and solos. So I dont think different areas thrash metal differ that much from each other, that this would be consired as thrash.. Also I use common sense and there is no doubting that this isnt thrash.

Actually, MEGADETH counts because unlike Anthrax and Slayer MEGADETH and Metallica didn't almost comletely disappear in the mid nineties. It's also thanks to MEGADETH that Anthrax is as big as they are again, taking them on Gigantour helped them get back in the swing again.

Fag albums is a way to attract people who isn't that fan of the speed metal to start listen more of em. Imo. The Black Album isnt thrash, just simple heavy metal. Booring ass riff and lyrics out of their regular style. Great album thought, but not thrash. Youthanasia was an experimental album.
