i bet julie ends up losing her husband. when you love someone their appearance is secondary, when its genuine feeling. for her marriage to fall apart because of her weight is strange to me. i'd understand her self esteem going out the window, but it'd be sad if her husband based his love on her appearance. he is not exactly brad pitt himself!

"Victim mentality" indeed. Shannan was spot on. I just kept thinking when they were consoling Julie at the Commando session that that it's actually worst for her. When people feel sorry for you and show it, you start feeling sorry for yourself and showing it too, you become too emotional and you dont get the job done.

There is so much crying this season. They seem to have chosen very weak minded people. I applaud Sarif for his enthusiasm for the Commando. He knows why he is here. I'm not sure all the others do.

Oh Please! Holly isn't worried about her. Holly is a bully...and bullies hate when the ones they bully get strong. The Commando is a good thing, not a bad thing. Her boo-hoo-hooing is just the flip side of a bully - - - -a martyr. She's only mad because she'd doesn't have control of her sister.

I don't understand why people get so freaked out about The Commando. Yeah, he's tough, and he yells, but it isn't like he's going to hurt you. He's trying to get you fit, he's on your side.

Well, I love the Commando too, but I wouldn't be too pleased if I had to go through his training sessions. I'm sure when the series is over everybody there will love the Commando.

I think the only people who werent scared of the commando so far are .. Bryce and Michelle (the black team) from season 3..

i miss Bryce.. sigh!

AJ is still waiting for him to say more..and then "uhh ok.. well that does summarize it.. thank u commando!"

It's the Commando's whole raison d'etre to scare them, but with Bryce and Michelle he actually had his own team and needed to be their full time trainer. He showed that he could develop a rapport with them then, so I am sure if he wanted to, he could again.
