this was when the game first went on a location test, look it doesn't even have the buttons on the top right corner... So I'm pretty sure there would be some dude that's pro out of the box

Have you ever played technika? It's a million times different than JuBeat. It's like comparing Mario Kart to i dunno Grand Turismo or something (prolly spelled that wrong).

I've never tried JuBeat but Technika is fun as hell.

I spent ages playing this today at London's Atei. It would never work on the DS. I'm guessing it uses multi-touch or some variant of it as you can touch several areas at once. An amazing game, but sadly arcade only with today's consoles. DS only accepts one touch signal at a time :(

the problem is that these are easier songs, and the game is harder than it looks

i played for the first time on saturday and there were songs that were really fast that i couldnt react in time. being a bemani player who plays 17s in stepmania, that's saying something.
