I don't know what to think, but I just researched the chemical composition of cow urine and it looks as if its true, it has antiseptic properties and is full of health & nutritional values. I think a true Hindu is equally disgusted to know the contents of some meat products that westerners eat for example sausages wrapped in a dead bodies intestines or inner organs. Chinese eat warm monkey brain's & so on. If it would help me to fight cancer I drink 2 bottles a day no problem.

cow urine has many first class healing properties, I never drunk it, but if people would research it, may be they would not make such a show of disgust of it. Actually people consume lots of foods all the time to which animal ingredients are added. I know of one preservative in white bread which is made from cow and pig hair, gelatine made from Cow hooves and other additives in food, you really don't want to know what their origin is.

For a true traditional Indian to see people eat meat, fish or poultry, eggs, smoking, drinking, drugs, unrestricted sex, here in the west, is totally revolting, abhorrent & barbaric, he sees meat as a dead cadaver and killing animals as a crime against nature and God. For him the cow gives milk from which he can make cheese sweets and yoghurt eg. so he does not kill her. The violence of the west against animals is horrible to him, he will just laugh at westerners disgust for cow urine.

On the flip side, cows milk was meant for the calf and not human consumption. Eating meat comes natural to most animals, such as lions in the jungle. Unrestricted sex also occurs in India and is promoted in bollywood. Instead of focusing on violence against animals, the indian should focus on violence against other human beings.

The calf never consumes all the milk so the rest can be drunk why not?, eating meat is natural to animals, but for humans it is the cause of negative karma according to the Vedic instructions & should be stopped
altogether. Unrestricted sex is everywhere yes but I am talking about the cultured Indian who sees it as a source of unwanted progeny & future problems and acts responsibly. Yes, we all should focus on total non violence against all creatures which is a remedy for our own suffering.

Why not? Or why So? Isn't unnatural to drink another animals milk? If there is extra milk, why feel obligated to drink it? It was not meant for you. Human beings fall under the term 'animal' as well. Why are we restricted from eating meat or why would we fall into bad kharma and other animals won't? A life is a life, whether the humans animal is responsible for its death or the lion in the jungle. Why are there images of sex engraved in some hindu temples? Kamasutra?..

Cows Milk is like mothers milk, but No one is obligated to drink it. Yes in India you find everything, it depends what u r looking for. Humans are animals if they act as such, but we can use our intelligence very much above animal capacity & therefore we are responsible for our actions. Karma means the law of action & reaction, as we saw so we reap. 4 ex even in the bible it says Thou shall not kill between other references to it, yet Christians r very expert in opening slaughterhouses.

Humans are animals on a biological standpoint. We do use our intelligence beyond many other animals but sometimes making intelligent decisions can be subjective. Meat has nutritional qualities to it as well such as vitamin b2. Carnivores animals cannot live off of vegetables, like lions. So how can it be that we should not eat meat? In the bible it states you have to ask god and thank god before taking the life of the animal, according to this belief it is permissible

I agree up to this point, its permissible only for those who r in dire circumstances when there is no other food. This days there is plenty of vegetarian food, but no one asks God 4 permission 4 anything they just engage in mass-slaughter. Animals can not understand "Thou shall not kill" or "to kill an oxen is as if he has killed a man...& there r many other references in this regard, which r being overlooked. The reason why this has been said is to save people from bad karma its good advice.

@RelaxationMeditation I understand the way karma works but only dharmic faiths believe in reincarnation so karma in this perspective does not mean anything to a jew, christian or muslim. I think meat should always be kosher/halal when it comes to slaughter because we must first take the animals life in gods name and thank god for providing us with food. Although we do not need meat for survival, meat is available to us by the creator, meat is very nourishing and early humans ate it

I understand, in the same time all scriptures preach non violence, like "do unto others as you want to be treated your self" and "an eye for en eye tooth for tooth" are direct references to karma, the Buddha preached ahimsa to all creatures, Mohammed's love for animals is clear by his many statements. "Whoever is kind to the creatures of God is kind to himself." For me these are all references to dharma & karma even so the terms are not directly mentioned the wisdom is the universally the same

I agree as well, but im still unclear as to what karma is in its entirety. As a muslim we believe in en eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.. this means we use the same acts that one has commited on themselves.. to even the score. I'm not sure if that would fall under karma or not... as well if you would answer my previous post about micro organisms found in yogurt and that plants are also living organisms
