International waters is not Somalian waters. The Seychelles waters or EEZ is not Somalian waters. Those pirates are attacking ship in waters which are not theirs. The sea in the coast of Somalia is deep sea and cannot belong to anyone. From what we've seen they are not operating in their territory but in waters which is not theirs. They highjacked a yacht, fishing boat and a small cruise vessel in the Seychelles EEZ far from Somalie land. They are simply terrorists. The reason the fisherman who first started the piracy was because they reported dumping of toxic waste by private companies hired by the French US and so. Italian waste management had a hand in it which are known as being one of the worst in the world when it come to discarding waste.
