And yeah, you only have to have 3 years for SOME jobs (XE) but you still have to pass their PSS course. Guys fail the opening day weapon quals all the time, so not just any old douchebag can work for XE.

Hos is that disturbing at all? Most if not all of the Blackwater contractors were ex special forces. It is common for someone with less experiance to seek the guidance of someone with more experiance in a high stress situation. Was he calling it disturbing because a high number of Mahdi army insurgents were killed? Many enemies dead with no friendlies dead is a good day where I come from.

I was thinking the exact same thing. The majority of those Blackwater there were probably ex Special Forces and of higher rank and experiance. The Marine probably knew that and was looking for guidance like you said. I love how that punk makes it so dramatic like Blackwater is controling the entire U.S. military.
