Let me recommend my mom's garri. I have not seen, ate a better one than my mom's but some do come close. Some of the garri here in the US have sand in them. Makes you wonder how it got here.

Funny enough, people do not know how to call the white stuff. It is Gari Ijebu, not Ijebu gari. Gari Ijebu means gari that is made in Ijebu; not the other way round. Some people think thay can speak and write Yoruba language, but it is not as simple as they think. Who ever filmed OBJ having a private soak of gari in a private house should be sued. It is a breach of his human right.
