  • he is skinny as shit ! were is the muscle ? Man he looks better than the first picture BUT the second picture were he is flexing man it is 100% Photoshop ! Just look at his skinny arms in the video and compare it to the picture ! Man 18 months and only such small improvements on his body ! He must not be doing something wright ! Hell i workout for 4 months and it is a pretty big difference with my before pictures ! WELL I GUESS GENETICS !

  • @SPQRapid too much cardio, not enough weight and maybe not enough protein

  • I will not engage low intelligence people who have NOT properly researched this anymore.

  • SCIENCE has IRREFUTABLE demonsrrated that obesity is NOT about "willpower."

SCIENCE has IREFUTABLEY demonstrated obesity is NOT a personal choice.

    THOSE ARE ALL MYTHS.

SCIENCE has IRREFUTABLY demonsrrated that the STIGMITIZATION of oebse people cannot be defended.

SCIENCE HAS SHWON US THAT MORBID IOBESITY IS A DISEASE. THIS IS IN THE SCIENTIFIC JOURNALSD

    READ THENM OR SHUT IT

  • True morbid obesity is HEALLISHLY COMPLEX DISEASE STATE, as HERITABLE E AND GENETIC AS HEIGHT.

The unknowns about oebsity ARE FAR GREATER THAN ANY KNOWNS.

NONE of this is controversial among the ACTUAL SCIENTISTS who study this problem

I KNOW my stuff. EDUCATE YOURSELF

  • Did YOU know transplanting the gut flora from obese mice into thin sterile germ free mice induces obesity in the thin mice WITH NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER IN DIET OR ACTIVITY?

    DID YOU KNOW THAT?

STOP saying things are "ompossible" WHEN SCIENCE HAS SHWON THEY ARE POSSIBLE.

  • YOU, yes YOU, OurBestMusicChannel, have NOT gotten your information from REPUTABLE top notch, world renowned pioneering obesity scientists like I have.

YOU read blogs and Internet salesman nonsense.

  • AT LEAST 10 % of morbid obesity IS DUE TO A SINGLE GENE DEFECT.

    EDUCATE YOURSELF.

  • Some of the GREATEST EXPOSIONS of science in oebsity research WAS CONDUCTED ON MICE.

    Humans operated the SAME way.

Blow it out your ass, and come back when YOU have done some PROPER resesarch. MY BLO G ADDRESSES ALL OF THIS.

  • It is NOT " impossible ."

MICE experiments PROVE you can STILL MAKE FAT while SEMI STARVED.

MICE ARE LIKE US BY THE WAY YOU LOSER. IN FACT THE MOUSE GENOME IS 99 % LIKE THE HUMAN GENOME. No other research animal is as much like us.

THEY MAKE SUPERB model oganisms for the study of obesity - SUPERB

YOUR information is NOT from REPUTABLE sources like Dr Douglas COleman. YOU are NOT congruent with SCIENCE loser.

Lyle McDonald is NOT an obesity expert AT ALL. He is a SALESMAN

  • Virtually ALL bariatric surgery patients, while losing significant weight, STILL REMAIN CLINCIALLY OBESE . Average BMI of 32 while eating only 1,000 calories.

There is something METABOLICALLY DIFFERENT about morbidly obese people that results in obesity INDEPENDENT of their caloric intake.

Manuel uribe WOUKD DIE OBESE on an island LOOOONG before he lost his fat mass. In factFAT MASS IS LOST LAST. FAT CELLS GO INTO HEARD MODE. DISREGULATION

  • EDUCATE YOURSELVES. Twin studies, adoption studies, familia aggregation studies ALL SOUNDLY demonstrate OBESITY IS AS GENETIC AS HEIGHT.

SCIENCE has SOUNDLY demonstrated fat tissue is NOT a passive storage site. Fat tissue is an ACTIVE ENDOCRINE ORGAN WHICH SENDS OUT HORMONAL SIGNALS .

ALL THE SCIENCE point to mrobd obesity being a DISEASE STATE.

  • Egg whites and salsa hmmm sounds interesting :)

  • Comment removed

  • Eventually, through a deeper understanding of obesity - drugs which directly target fat cell regulation will be avaliable and actually EFFECTIVE. This will offer HOPE to Manuel Uribe.

There is somehting DIFFERENT metabolically about morbidly obese people. Baritatric surgery patients ALL remain obese ( although less) with average BMI's of 30 to 32 . Even with ONLY 1,000 calories they REMAIN obese. Something different about the neural circuitry too.

  • EVERY single other medical condition DEMANDS a SCIENTIFIC APPROACH. Morbid obesity is no different. Morbid obesity is extremely DEEP. We need a MUCH DEEPER UNDERSTANDING of this condition to make progress. We MUST use a SCIENTIFIC APPROACH.

"Eat less, move more" is a childish UNSCINTIFIC an UNSCIENTIFIC, childish, unreliable, disproven NOSTRUM based on a BELIEF SYSTEM.

THIS is what the scientific literature actually demonstrates.

  • Never berate the morbidly obese. The GENETIC AND BIOLOGICAL underpinning of their condition is overwhelmingly powerful. Morbid obesity is NOT a choice. It is NOT a personal failing. It is a hellishly complex chronic disease state for which there is NO CURRENT CURE. Single gene defects are responsible for at least 10 % of morbid obesity- and reason to suspect much more.

  • @Razwell You're saying that if I had great genes and if I eat like hell, I'll still be lean? BULLSHIT!! I don't care what science you've read. That's just plain old BULLSHIT!

  • @Bughadedo4123

    BELIEF SYSTEMS........

  • @Bughadedo4123

Vermont Prisoners Study. Read it. Normal people CANNOT become an 800 pound morbidly obese person. The body ( involuntary weight regulation system) puts the SQUASH on it. Morbid obesity is a DISEASE state.

YOU might stay rather lean, OR you might gain A BIT- and only for a short time- OR you might stay at the TOP end of your set point. You would be about 12 pounds heavier than if you had a good lifestyle. MASSIVE VARIATION in overfeeding response .

  • Morbid obesity is an unbelievably hellishly complex DISEASE state for which the UNKNOWNS are FAR greater than the knowns. Science does nto understand the molecular mechanisms behind body weight regulation that well. Science does not understand fat cellr regulaiton that well. Science does not at all understand the chemical behavior of fat cell receptors. There are VAST UNKNOWNS about body weight regulation.

  • Unscientific BELIEF SYSTEMS run wild on the Internet , perpetuated by the unscientific commercial dieting and commercial fitness industriues selling YOU false hope, false promises and false assumptions.

Voluntary factors do NOT substantially affect body weight over the very LONG TERM. SCIENCE says so. I am on extremely firm scientific ground.

  • @Razwell

morbid obesity has nothing to do with wether voluntary factors can substantially affect body weight over the long term, which is why people have success everyday with weight loos strategies and why no one has ever met a castaway who is fat. Simply there's no mechanism in the body to prevent the burning of body fat as energy when energy doesn't come from food, if body fat wasn't burn in such a case we would die in a matter of one day.

  • In the last 30 years there has only been an average increase in weight of 7 to 10 pounds. Thin people are EXACTLY the same. The ONLY difference is among the morbidly obese- they are about 7 to 10 pounds heavier.

Natural selection operate sMOST PWERFULLY over the SHORT TERM.

  • SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH has discovered body weight in both humans and animals is INVOLUNTARILY regulated. Hellishly complex neural circuitry ( communicating with gut hormones- some of which are not identified yet- and other things) regulates and controls our weight.

This is NOT AT ALL controversial among the top SCIENTISTS who study this problem

  • how tall are you scooby?

  • was that the beginning to a gay porn?

  • scooby's ex boyfriend...

  • haha i know what u mean my mother is always complaining like why dont just eat normal food (i do but she don't think so) but i love to eat healty cause i was actully a bit outa shape but now im doing great and already gained lots of muscle in 4 months. ;)

  • @Razwell lmfao get off the computer and go lift some weights

  • Looks like more than 20 pounds.

  • well done Kyle good results. best of luck in the future.

  • Scientific research HAS shown that in both humans and animals, body weight is NOT under conscious control. Body weight is GENETICALLY DETERMINED AND AS TIGHTLY REGULATED AS HEIGHT. GENES control not only how much you eat, but also the metabolic rate at which you burn food.

OUR BODY WEIGHT IS NEUROCHEMICALLY CONTROLLED. There is NO MONEY ( for the multi billion dolalr fraudulent commercial diet industry) in ADMITTING this important piece of gained scientific knowledge.

  • @Razwell stop trolling & go workout.

  • @Razwell lol terrible troll, I did laugh a bit though so +1

  • @Razwell Our body weight is genetically determined? My mom's mom, my dad, my grandfather, my uncle, all overweight, nearly obese. I was skinny throughout my whole life, no matter what I ate, and three years ago I got into body building. Just because you're fat, don't give the excuse that it is determined through genetics. That's just an excuse for "I sit on the computer trolling, eating my chips all day long gaining body fat."

  • @Razwell u need to get laid...

  • @Razwell Shut the fuck up. Nobody needs your explanation.

  • @Bughadedo4123

You're stupid, aren't you? Body weight in both humans and animals is INVOLUNTARILY regulated. This is what SCIENCE says. The commercial dieting and comemrcial fitness industries are FRAUD.

  • @Razwell

this IS NOT what science says, you really don't understand science which actually keeps proving that body weight regulation is all about voluntary mechanism of energy balance and you're mixing stats from morbidly obese bedridden people (rare cases) which have nothing to do with skinny people who 30 pounds more or fat people who needs 60 pounds less. You don't really know what you're talking about

  • @Razwell

scientific research has never proven such a thing, you're making things ups and extrapolating from a bunch of studies against the evidence coming from ten hundreds of studies who show energy balance controls bodyweight and people who are put into controlled situation where they can't undereat never fail to lose weight, in fact there's no such a thing as a person fasting and not losing weight (i.e a person living of air) which already disproves your pseudo-scientific belief

  • That guy did gain some weight, BUT not that much.

have him come back in A DECADE, even 5 years SEE IF HE STILL WEIGHS MORE'

UNLIKELY. He is naturally thin and will more than likely NOT STAY THAT WAY LONG TERM

THE BODY and our BIOLOGY is who is in CONTROL.

  • P H O T O S H O P ON R I G H T. Absoutely laughable fraud.

  • The bottom line is this:

OBESITY IS A HELLISHL;Y COMPLEX MEDICAL CONDITION FOR WHICH THE UNKNOWNS ARE FARRRR GREATER THAN THE KNOWNS. We still are nowhere near cracking it.

The commercial dieting and fitness industries are UNscientific FRAUD.

  • Damaging parts of the brain and the hypothalamus can cause massive obesity.

Drugs like Prozac ACT ON THE SAME NEURAL CIRCUITRY that controls weight. THAT is the reason they cause weight gain. The trauma of re routing in gastric bypass is the ACTUAL WAY it works. it CREAYTES different gutr hormones that are beneficial. The surgery interfers with the CIRCUIT in some way.

  • @Razwell

the only reason drugs cause weight gain is because they downregulate the hormones who control appetite. While it's kind of not voluntary in such a case, an EXCESS OF ENEGY coming from AN EXCESS OF FOOD is still needed to create the energy necessary to store fat or to prevent the body from burning fat. There's no such a thing as person water fasting and not losing weight, if energy isn't coming from food it must come from body fat otherwise we die instantly

  • A normal person CANNOT eat their eat to 800 or 1000 pounds. The body will put on the brakes.

Over 10 % of morbid obesity is DUE TO A SINGLE DEFECTIVE GENE. ( and there is strong reason to suspect considerably more) FACT.

There are MANY obese people who take very good care of themselves and struggle and remain obese. The BODY fights you with true obesity.

  • SCIENCE does not understand the regulation of fat cells that well.

SCIENCE does not understand the molecu;lar mechanisms beind weight gain that well either.

SCIENCE does not understand at all the chemical behavior of fat cell receptors.

Obesity is a state of fat cell DISREGULATION via their receptors. DRUGS in the future will directly target fat cell regulation. THIS MIGHT be a cure.

Obesity is NOT- NOT a simple condition of eating too much.

  • DR. STEPHAN GUYENET - GOOGLE HIM

FAT MASS IS ACTIVELY DEFENDED AGAINST. The ADIPOSTAT.

  • Transplanting gut microbiota from obese mice, into thin , sterile, germ free mice induces obesity in the thin mice, WITH NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER IN DIET OR ACTIVITY. ( Dr. Jeffrey Gordon 2006)

Mice are A LOT like us, especially with respect to body weight regulatory systems.

COMPLEX NEURAL CIRCUITRY, GUT FLORA, GUT HORMONES INTERACTING CONTROSL OUR WEIGHT. We have extremely limited control of no more than about 8 to 12 pounds less- the lower end of ourbody fat set points.

  • @Razwell

the human body CAN'T create fat out of nothing. It needs extra energy to create fat. Mice are not like us, for example de novo lopogenesis is a strong pathway in the organism unlike in humans. There's no way in human to create fat without extra energy coming from food, it's scientifically and biologically impossible

  • @OurBestMusicChannel

OBESE people can CREATE FAT FROM VERY LOW CALORIES FUCKNUT.

  • @OurBestMusicChannel

Google National Georgraphic Obesity" THAT woman GAINED MASSIVE WEIGHT with NO CHANGE AT ALL IN DIET OR ACTIVITY fucknut.

She had a PITUITARY TUMOUR AND IT MADE HER OBESE.

    DROP your ASSUMPTIONS.

  • Transplantation of gut flora from obese mice , into thin sterile, germ free mice INDUCES OBESITY WITH NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER IN DIET OR ACTIVITY- NONE.

Mice are A LOT like us , especially body weight regulation systems

NEURAL CIRCUITRY, GUT FLORA, GUT HORMONES CONTROL OUR WEIGHTS. We have EXTREMELY LIMITED control of no more than staying aty the lower end of our set point FAT MASS IS ACTIVELY DEFENDED AGAINST

THE ADIPOSTAT ( Dr Stephan GUyenet) CREDIBEL INFO

  • @Razwell

fat mass is not defended against anything, which is why people who fast or starve keep losing fat (and not just muscles) or why for hunter-gatherer populations keep losing fat in the winter and gaining fat in the summer to have enogh stored energy for when food is scarse. Try to eat nothing or maybe 1 o 2 eggs for three eggs. If you aren't dying it's because your body is using the fat stored, it doesn't want to protect it but to burn it when needed to survive.

  • There is NO EVIDENCE in the scientific literature that dieting and exercising affect body weight much at all over the very long term. Eating well and exercising are FOR HEALTH ONLY. Voluntary factors are of EXTREMELY LIMITED POTENCY TO AFFECT BODY WEIGHT OVER THE LONG TERM

We MUST respect this. Dieting and exercising OVER THE LONG TERM will NOT substantially affect body weight.

They ARE NOT solutions for morbid obesity. SCIENCE shwos us this.

  • @Razwell

what you say doesn't make any sense. Even if it's true that some people are morbidly obese because of defective genes THIS DOESN'T MEAN that dieting and exercising over the long term will not substantially affect body weight, you're extrapolating in a totally illogical way.

  • My science is ROCK SOLID from reputable world renowned sources. The commercial dieting industry is NOT science. It is FRAUD. FALSE promises. FALSE assumptions.

Obesity is soo deep , you have no clue.

  • Severe Obesity has NOTHING to do with "willpower" , is NOT a "personal Failing" . it is an EXTREMELY COMPLEX disease state of fat cell REGULAITON

GENES- deterime the rate at which you burn food

There are 400 genes that control weight. if somehting is off in the system by even 1 % that could elad to a 100 pound weight gain.

DO SOME PROPER RESEARCH. I KNOW my shit.

  • PHOTO SHOPPPED PICTURE ON THE RIGHT.Typical of the UNscientific, FRAUDULENT commercial diet industry

  • @Razwell the people on the site and everyone else that had chosen to try and improve themselves and make changes in their bodies by saying they are false advertising and somehow photoshopped. Not only is your science off, but your general compassion for people and fitness and working hard probably could use a reworking as well

  • @birdman4birdlegs

The picture is OBVIOUSLY PHOTOSHOPPED. The head on another's body. He looks the SAME. he is still skinny. SCIENCE has shown it is extremely diffcult to take a naturally very skinny person and make him considerably heavier

  • @Razwell You, sir are an idiot! Skinny people can put muscle, but not as easy as mesomorph (natural musclar). For example google: Zyzz tranformation and you will see what I'm talking about.

  • @Razwell

science has never proven such a thing, stop talking as if you were an authority in science since you don't even seem to understand the scientific process or what studies really mean. you sound like a lunatic and what you say is pure pseudo-science

  • @birdman4birdlegs

Morbid obesity haas NO CURE. MOST Gastric bypass patients REMAIN OBESE many years after surgrey with an average BMI of 32 ( after ONLY eating 1,000 calories) THAT should tell you how DEEP and hellsihly complex morbid obesity is.

Obesity is as genetic as HEIGHT. GUT HORMONES, COMPLEX NEURAL CIRCUITRY AND GUT MICROBIOTA CONTROL OUR WEIGHT.

Body weight regulation ands the regulation of fat cells and their receptros are POORLY UNDERSTOOD. by science.

  • Egg Whites? Give me the yolks please

  • Scooby you have definitely moved up on my idol list. I believe you genuinely care about helping people and that is admirable.

  • Scooby, your a beast. Secondly being an ectomorph sucks. i am 6'2" and i couldnt gain weight for a long time. But now that i have a trainer, eating right and lifting is just a part of my daily routine. i love it. i currently weigh 180 but im gonna try my hardest to get to 200+ by next football season. I know i can do it

  • Scooby, you have a chest that resembles Arnold S. Is it genetics or a result of hard work, or both?

  • @tucsonman1980 Both id say, But hard work pays really off, so hit the gym brotha!

  • he is sort of a dumb fuck

  • @raul4pk No he just doesn't speak very good English, the only dumb fuck around here is you.

  • @HQBW what is that line i am looking for ? oh yeah. fuck you

  • @raul4pk Nice one dumb fuck.

  • thanks for the video scooby, u motivate me 2 go and hit it!

  • You da man Scooby!

  • Scooby, I have a before picture of myself at 305lbs, but it's not shirtless. Is that okay? I weigh 205lbs now.

  • scooby u are a great person

  • scooby i love u.. no homo keep up the good work bro. u should win the nobel prize for helping humanity free of charge

  • @razwell I'm gonna kill you bitch

  • i feel the same way as kyle. my mom makes these DELICIOUS dinners, but they're filled with so much oil and fat though.

  • I wish I had gotten a before picture so that I could enter the contest because I have been working out for like a year and have gone from a little overweight to pretty muscular and lean

  • scooby, i noticed that you take in a lot of protein in a day. how do deal with the protein fart? does anyone else have protein fart issues?

  • @72dew i have massive protein farts...i have devised a special device that attaches to the anus and it shoots out a jet stream of lysol when you fart...you can buy it from by sending $19.95 to FartKnocker at paypal dot com.

  • P H O T O SHOPPED. YOu have to love it. The scams of the fitness and commercial diet industries........

  • @Razwell what are you talking about? if you're talking about scooby you're wrong because he does this to give back to the community. it said nothing to buy at the bottom of the video the whole time..

  • @0627702

The picture of the skinny dude is OBVIOUSLY photo shopped. The commercial diet industry sells you FAL;SE promises and FALSE hope.

SCIENCE has demonsrtaed it is EXCEEDINGLY DIFFICULT to put weight ( fat and muscle) on a naturally very thin person LONG TERM

  • @Razwell sigh he's OBVIOUSLY not selling you anything.. and if you eat and work out properly anyone can gain muscle over time

  • @Razwell your an idiot. Using capital letters doesn't make your claim any less false either

  • @birdman4birdlegs

No, YOU are the idiot with a false BELIEF SYSTEM. Sorry foo, SCIENCE has shown that in both humans and animals body weight is NOT under conscious control. NOBODY cam match the many, many, many millions of calories ingested to expended over a DECADE, YET MOST people's body weights remian remarkabnly stable over a decade. The BODY does this for us. We're only "control" about 8 to 12 pounds less- the lower end of our set points.

DO SOME PROPER RESEARCH.BEFORE YOU COMMENT

  • @Razwell First of all I very much disagree with the pointt that most peoples bodies stay the same over decades.Hypothetically, body weight remain stable over the decade because people generally eat around their maintenance level. It takes 3000 extra calories above the ML to put on 1lb and 3000 calories less than their ML to lose a pound. When you gain weight, the maintenance level changes as well. That's why people would stay within your "zones" because people are habitual and don't

  • @birdman4birdlegs

You have A LOT of research to do. My sources are extremely reputable. Dr. Douglas Coleman.

  • @birdman4birdlegs

No it does NOT work that way. mathematical forulas are NOT how your body's fat cells are regulated.

  • @birdman4birdlegs

SCIENCE has found this. Most people's weights REMAIN REMARKABLY STABLE YEAR AFTER YEASR AFTER YEAR- only bu a few pounds . Studies from South Africa Israel, Swden and elsewhere demonstrate this.

FURTHERMORE adoption and monozygotc twins reared apart DEMONSTRATE they looked like their BIOLOGICAL RELATIVE REGALRDLESS of the lifestyle- and they did live VERY different lifestyles.

  • @birdman4birdlegs

Furthermore it IS established by SCIENCE soundly that we have a INVOLUNTARY SYSTEM which regulates weight within a certain range of about 12 pounds in either direction.

The body COMPENSATES. We DO NOT control "energy balance", only the lower end of set point. BIOLOGY controls.

Dieting is a FAILKURE AND UNSCIENTIFIC. Damages the metabolism even a YEAR LATER and damages hormones NEJM study

  • @Razwell account for the foods and calories that they are taking in. Your excuse is the same as the "I can eat what ever I want and not gain weight" and the "I'll never be able to lose weight". Weight isn't under conscious control because people aren't conscious of what or how much they are putting in their bodies. Scooby isn't involved with any companies or scientist so I don't see how he's fraudulient.. everything on his site and page is free. Finally I like how your discrediting

  • Hey Scooby

Would you still suggest doing cardio if your already slim to get abs

Or just ab workouts if you are already slim

  • @123ElmoNz

if you have a flat stomach you should start doing ab workouts. its stupid to do cardio if you have no need for it at all

if you have just a little amount of fat you should do ab workouts and cardio.

if your slim start your workouts now. it pays of ALOT when you have no fat in your belly

  • Got to love the photo shop.

Look up Dr. Jeffrey Friedman , people. It is exceedingly difficult to make a naturally rail thin person muscular.

Body weight regulation is not well understood by science. Our bodies have numerous tricks.

  • @Razwell troll go away please

  • @Razwell Why do you troll these videos? They are about fitness, not spamming products. Get a life for goodness sake.

  • 4:19 ITS CRISS ANGEL! :O

  • You are my master!!

  • I don't think my camera takes pictures with that high of resolution. :(

I guess I could bloat it up but it'd look like lego's.

  • Hahahaha!

One more question: "Show us your abs"

  • LOL "show us your abs" isnt a question ahaha

  • deca durabolin 8-10 weeks and u looks better than him :D

  • I think I'd scramble the eggs first and put the salsa on top of the cooked eggs...

  • looks nothing like the pictures, taking pumped photos is misleading

  • man scooby is so awesome

  • dude you can eat anything as long to get youre macros right , measure it everything with a digital weight scale , and stay in a caloric deficit

  • @Bngkillerxxx Wrong

  • @mirrorpiece why wrong? have you try it youre self , cause i have , nothing wrong went

  • small chest

  • can someone help me when i lift weights even if its not extremely intense and not for very long my muscles are sore for a day so i can not lift the next day and also i play basketball 3 times a week so i can not lift a day before that how can i get my muscles to recover faster? i wana lift 5 times a week

  • When Kyle is talking, his form looks like his start pic. Where are his arms like where he was when he gained all the pounds?

  • Im going to do this my friend!! ;)

  • @JongaLife I've been doing P90X... lets see.

  • They didn't mention how much he weight, right? Are you around 160?

  • super kyle, congratulations!!! concerning the before pics - my belly is so huge that i certainly must loss some fat to get in the frame of a close pic :) so i send the before pic in about year from now (hope that i loose enough fat) but first i must finished my supplyes of beer and sausages in my fridge :D. sorry for my bad english...

  • Congratulations Kyle. :)

  • You know what? I've been lazy. I'm going to take the scooby challenge because I can't stand being a 115 lbs weaklink anymore ^_^. Before picture... here I come (reluctantly)

  • @JepMaster8 in the same boat... exactly

  • I'm soo lazzy... but tonight... my first push up for a long time lets see what happends.. cheers!

  • @vanoode haha

  • Scooby, you are inspiring- just subscribed to your videos when I stumbled across them. Keep it up mate!- there's no bulls**t or product promotion like you get with a lot of so-called "fitness tips".

I unfortunately re-started my training 7 weeks ago so I doubt I can do a decent before/after but will keep watching and training!

    Cheers from Great Britain!

  • Are you a "HARDGAINER"??? Please watch this inspiring video!

  • @scooby1961 I been working out for 11 months and got good results, too bad I did not take pictures. I guess I'm too late.

  • @scooby1961 Everyone's a hardgainer except the few people who gain retardedly huge amounts of muscle in retardedly little time. I still remember the video you made about that :L

  • @scooby1961 Hey Scooby

Would you still suggest doing cardio if your already slim to get abs

Or just ab workouts if you are already slim?

    Thanks Scoobs :)

  • i wish u were my uncle :)

  • well done :) good work i recently baught will brinkses book that was on scoobys website . i recon scoobys website is better by miles keep it up scooby :)

  • Scooby whats the best cardio workout?

  • Alles Klar ! Brilliant Videos ! And love your website great information no bull, quality ! I just have a question if ou have time to answer ? are you a vegetarian ?

  • any difference between effective muscle and "nice looking" muscle, like a body builder looking good but not being as strong as maybe a football player?

  • has scooby origins in germany or why did kyle say "alles klar, auf wiedersehen" ( = all right, goodbye) ?

  • I lost 33 lbs in the last 2 years and I have no before picture. :(

  • can we meet for wrestling?

  • scooby, how tall are you?????????, whats your height?

  • To all the morons who diss Scoob for asking Kyle to show us his abs..

It is your abs that show whether you have a fit body or not and that is what Scoob always wants us to achieve - A FIT BODY!

So stop hating and stop thinking a load of tosh like.. Oh God this is creepy etc. Get a life you imbeciles and don't spout of trash without understanding anything!

  • good work

  • Great Job Bro...those are some impressive quality gains.

  • Fishtank needs a water change dude!

  • Is that really scooby in a shirt at the end of the vid? I can't believ it :D

  • I love how scooby actually responds to people's comments. Differentiates him from other youtube users.

  • @Fido1488 I try hard to reply to as many comments as I can. In the first 24hrs of a video release I try to respond to every single comment.

  • @scooby1961 Scooby, does caffeine inhibit muscle growth?

  • the hunt for roboneko77's comment begins...

  • @MrMozskeeto lol did you find it? I didnt :(

  • @MrMozskeeto Lol same here, I just open all comments and control+F and type in his name

  • @MrMozskeeto you are the best !

  • @MrMozskeeto click "see all comments" then hit ctrl+f and type his username. :)

  • Damm he get to meet scooby in real life. Scooby sure look like a nice friendly guy.

  • I'm actually surprised scooby out of all people wrote 20 pounds muscle gain that fast time period which is impossible according to him also kid looks way different from after photo hmm

  • Scobby u are awesome congrats

  • Really inspiring, love you doing this scooby

  • That is so awesome of you, Scooby! You're great!!!

  • there is no way he gained 20 pounds

  • Hey scooby! :) is there somehow i can send you a private message to you? because i really need help from a pro!

  • I love youre videos man! Good info and i can find a video that fits whatever i would have in my mind :) Haters = Jealous ppl fuck u haters, this man is doing some great work and inspiring others. keep on with you're great work scooby =)

  • That was really inspiring :) I've gotten back into the gym in the last few months and I hope someday to be a Scooby success story!

  • Congratulations to this man for sticking to his goal and actually achieving it. Once again great motivation from Scooby, you keep up the great work. I also enjoyed all the negative comments in here. The video makes 64k hits in less than a month! I wonder how many hits these posters will negative views and comments make. Just wondering...

  • No offense but Scooby being there makes this really creepy. Also, the fact that he made him show him his abs was like the start of a gay porno..

  • @mynameisned123 are u 9 years? or just really dumb?

  • @PsilocybinHippie Nah just realistic, sorry if a 51 year old dude traveled to my house to interview me I'd refuse. Especially somebody as creepy-looking as scabby
