I suspect the foam-thrower was paid hansomely, in advance, by Murdoch. It looks like a classic diversionary tactic. Probably a Freemason plot. Hence the guy getting past security. (the cops on duty, being masons ans part of the plot. I also expect he was prompted to do the 'attack' strategically at the moment when the questioning got tough. The resulting 10-minute ajournement allowing time for Murdoch to come up with a plausible answer to the line of questioning. It's not rocket science.
