i've read the book to, i'm almost 16 years but i really love that kind of stories(i'm from belgium so i did read the dutch version (a bit messy XD some sentenses really aren't right)) i <3 the story so much, and i didn't see that it explaint why all the children are so scared of BM's that was a good one(but it shows that they have a good side to).
also the adventures nin has to go through, are so exciting that you don't want to quit reading (like when you need to go to sleep or go to work etc.)
