Then I saw the shot showing the other camera, bright light so close and thought, oh, the poor little thing, it's probably terrified, trying to get away from the huge bright monster chasing it! シラスウナギのレプトケファルスはとても小さいですよ。シラスウ­ナギが体長４センチ位だからそれ以下。成長後は数十倍になるので­、これがうなぎだったら怖いかも・・・

wikiによると、どうもウナギ目では無くソコギス目だと言う事­です。

Once it finds a mate it nags it to death then moves on to find another, It repetes this process many times befor it gets to old to attract a mate then settles on the bottom and feeds till it dies,
