If it's like most other players, it's got a mini usb port at the back and your PC detects it as a thumbdrive. You just copy files to it like you normally do.

To make a movie. Just use something like imToo or xilisoft and play with the settings to get an MP4 file. Watch the bitrate.

This one's an antique tho and better ones have already come out with more features and better quality.

I know it cause I had a fake shuffle and it was supposed to be a 2gb and when I filled it up to 512Mo, my computer told me it was impossible to put more song on it because of the memory!

Some have firmware hacked to do that, some do not. My friend bought a 4GB 2nd-gen nano-clone and I bought an 8GB 3rd-gen nano-clone. We tested ours and both of ours could be filled to max capacity.
