hey thats pretty negative he is just showing his apretiation for the band and there songs. so if you love the Beatles sooo much that you have to be mean to anyone who thinks this is a good song, and wants to show everyone who comes to there gigs how much of a good song it is then you can hardly talk you are being the real tosser.
how are they not understanding it? they're saying it's sad which is accurate. it's supposed to be a sad song. "lonely" isn't a synonym for "bursting with joy."
"....when I wake up early in the morning..." Can't help but have that flash through my head as soon as this song ends. Possibly the best album ever.

Everyone Eleanor Rigby is now on DVD. If you can't find it at your local DVD store check on Ebay. They have some Copies.
