IIRC, Howard Beale of Network ends up being told that the whole notion of Arabs (and countries and states and all the rest of it) is essentially a meaningless sideshow for the movement of capital. While I think the narrator is correct in that the filmmakers portrayed something vaguely reminiscent of Nazi propaganda, I think he's wrong about how that portrayal ends up being used in the film.
