I found this one site, vid-dl(dot)net, that you enter the URL of the video, then it gives you a link to the .flv file. To convert the file I use videocodezone(dot)com/convertion(dot)php (warning: there might be some floating ads). Only that website has horrible video conversion quality so I uploaded the flv for this video.
What was the website that downloaded audio from NND that you told me about?

All you do is put in the URL of the video, wait for the button to show up at the bottom, click it, wait a few minutes, then click the link and it will have a download link for the audio! n.n Ja-jan!
In the other version that I have, the "nyo"s are extended, and since she's a vocaloid (her voice is made from a computer program called that), it sounds very digital-like. But Miku sounds better in orginal and more well-known songs.
