@mortonred I think this has been released on the "Love-The Blue Thumb Recordings" CD. It's a three disc set with a live disc. May or may not be the exact same performance, but is good, nevertheless.
Good song, although it turns into a mess with that long jam. Some jams are focused, but I'm not sure this one is. There can be a very fine line between Rock and Roll and Pure noise...
Good morning, do you like sixties? Listen and pod cast my program " great sound of 60' s " on the site plumfm. Greeting and made blooper in rock and roll. Salut, vous aimez les sixties ? Ecoutez et podcatez mon émission "le super son des sixties" sur plum fm. Salut et faites gaffe au rock'n roll
Im confusing Gary with Aurthur. Did Arthur Lee get booted? This dude singing now sounds like Hendrix which I know played for them as well in the early days (or did Hendrix play with Arthur in another band?) I need to readup.. LOl I was only 4 years old when this was made. But I remember the neighbors listening to this stuff. Loved going over their house with all the insense and stuff :P. Yeah at age 4 how sad huh, but I didnt know what was up. Die Corporate Music..DIE IN FAGGOTRY
Thank you for posting this. Good quality. Please post more of this show if you have it. I had the good fortune to see Arthur Lee with Love on the Forever Changes tour. R.I.P. Arthur, Bryan, George, Ken, Tijay. Thanks for the good music you left behind.
@ausgang Got to see the Forever Changes set at the Knitting factory in Hollywood without the strings. Would've loved to see the set with strings too, but this was still special, pure garage!
Thankfully someone had the sense to film Love playing live in their prime. Any chance of a full release of this concert? We miss you, Arthur.
