  • The Soviet Union in a "post 9-11" world? With most republicans living in a state of near perpetual fear, how would they react to a genuine national security threat?

  • Who's here because of the 20th anniversary?

  • When Gorbachev kissed the ass Reagan in 1990, the Russian people hated Gorbachev.

  • Gorbachev = satanic

  • @Roofius2 lol

  • Gorby Was a dick!

  • Red sun will rise again

  • 'Dismantling of Communism' - What a fucking idiot. You can't dismantle an ideology!

  • @xGODZILLAFIREFOXx It was a metaphor.

  • Gorbachev was a bad mad I hate him my great Union fell because of his pattyass!!!

  • I just met Mikahil Garbachev last week. At 80 years of age, he is still an amazing speaker.

He spoke to a group of about 500 in Montreal and recounted all the events surrounding the end of the cold war and the introduction of free markets to Russia.

To those of you who miss communism, you still have Cuba. It's pretty difficult to find a modern day Russian who misses it. (I have lots of Russian relatives and friends).

  • Gorbachev was the US´s bitch.

  • I can't stop thinking that his birthmark looks exactly like Greece.....unfortunately.

  • i am big supporter of soviet union

  • Was gurpahcev an American agent ?

  • why Gorbachev why?

why destroy a nation that was set up by the people. Millions lost their lives in defence of the glorious nation. We will never know the true reason...

  • @flighty1996 ; Thank God that this shit system collapsed !!!

  • @whaddupmf

Rubbish it never collapsed. It was in an economic rough spot but thats like saying the world has collapsed now.

Gorbachev destroyed it, it never "collapsed"

  • @flighty1996 Because people resorting to cannibalism due to sheer lack of money with which to buy food is not collapsing. Nope, totally comparable to the current economic depression of the US.

  • @jeff4118

Anybody who commits cannibalism is mentally insane and that has happened all over the world

  • @flighty1996 lol ridiculous, soviet union was an empire where a political group dominated both other ethnicities and it's people by military force,it wasn't made by the people.soviet union was an artificial state without ethnicity,it was condemned to fall soon or later, like all the empires of history...multicultural nations always divide up,when those nations are weak the subjugated ethnicities revolt and many times get their independence

  • @hilletehnoob Russia was an imperial state without democracy prior to so called "Communism". Get your history right.

  • @brentoneccles humm where did i say it wasn't?i obviously know that.Russia after ww1 desintegrated itself, polish and others went to german hands and got their independence, then the commies conquered them back, those opressed people didn't want to live in the soviet empire.

  • @hilletehnoob What you're missing is the point that the Soviet Empire wasn't totalitarian in various ways by direct consequence of so called 'Communism', but because that was the nature of the society beforehand.

  • @hilletehnoob And in actuality over half of the population of most of the Republics wanted to remain in a 'reformed' Soviet Union.

  • @brentoneccles that's false, communist propaganda.Communism was and still is totalitarian, especially Stalinism,it doesn't matter if the nature of the society was used to totalitarian regimes.

  • @hilletehnoob I would suggest that the Soviet Union, nor Stalinism was really Communist.

  • "Collapse of Soviet Union a huge mistake" ----> "Collapse of the mistake that is the Soviet Union was and is inevitable."

  • MAY THE GODS BLESS FREEDOM...

MAY THE GODS BLESS FREE COUNTRIES...

MAY THE GODS BLESS THE GLASNOST AND PERESTROIKA...

AND WOULD NEVER LET US FALL BACK TO THE RED CANCER... EVER...

  • @Hamphield Yes. Communism is inherently fascist.

  • Why did it fell?...

If it was so "glorious"... so "awsome"... so" great"...

    One word... COMMUNISM!!!!...

yes... my red comrades, you DESTROYED Eastern Europe...

you fragmented Germany... and almost the world...

you OPPRESSED the people... taking away their FREEDOM...

So... the only mistake is that you were born...

Thank you very much Gorvachev... you ended this Red Nightmare...

  • @Hamphield Implying that all Communists are un-Democratic, self-absorbed, mass murderers...

  • @Hamphield Do you unerstand there is no freedom in this world?

  • @TheMADHOUSE68 understand*

  • @TheMADHOUSE68 maybe in your world... but in mine (the REALITY) yes it has...

  • @Hamphield Are you fucking dumb? in the REALITY there is no fucking freedom, or is that in your world?

  • @TheMADHOUSE68 ok... If you say so... its your opinion... but I like my freedom... good day...

  • @Hamphield So you just give up rather than giving a relevant response.

It's people like you who keep true liberty from the grasp of the average human being.

  • @clovernoris no... just I don't care trying to convince an Ignorant something that it is just right on his eyes...

and I will never discuses with someone who insults me... because I think different...

    "Ignore the Ignorant"...

    good day...

  • The USSR, a revolution betrayed...

  • @KammeratGak gorbachev looks sad here, it was sad that the ussr had to collapse because of the americans

  • Conscience is hounding Gorby !

  • I was frightened of Gorbachev when I was a child, not really sure why. He seems like a decent guy to me now.

  • yes the people did support it, but the fuck did you do?

Enjoying the easy life in the States now eh?

  • ir todel as realistas

  • ☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭CCCP WILL RETURN!!!!!!!! CCCP THE BEST!!!!

  • Lithuania is now free of Soviet union and now look at it. I wish SSRS hadn't collapsed

  • @Eimuxxx i think the same=(

Pastebejau A.Jonesas patinka, hmmm, nebeleisk savo smegenu plaut- open your mind, dont take any pill!

  • @aureez Ne materialistine ideologija cia, o rinkos padetis. Isvazineja ne del pirkiniu, o nes lLietuvoje neuzsidirbsi, kaip kitur

  • @Eimuxxx kokia rinkos padetis?

  • You ugys do know what the real reason the Berlin Wall was built for right?

The thing is......West Berliners would live in East Berlin, but work in West Berlin!

They got free living, free food, and free welfare in East Germany. But they got much bigger salaries in West Berlin.

So you can understand the pain the government had in supporting people....who never really produced for the state you see.

  • I'm surprised America let him in, especially as this was in the Bush years. You all seemed scared of Communism and Lenin etc. I have seen posts saying Lenin established a dictatorship and the gulags... Not really... There were two parties: Bolsheviks and Mensheviks, so there was a little bit of democracy, and it was Stalin who opened the Gulags, I may not support Communism but I don't like negativity

  • "Once the Iron Curtain fell, we saw that the Soviet people were eating their shoes to stay alive. But at least then they had shoes to eat."

  • Of course its a mistake. A big one.

Fuck Gorbachev. I dont know why people in the west like him (oh well i do know), but in his homeland country (which he didnt visited a long time i think) everybody hates him. At least now he agrees that he made a mistake.

  • if it was possible i think if the soviet union came back it would save Russia and make it great again the soviet union was awesome we have a lot to thank it for

Russia FTW!! --- from the uk

  • @mattrush182 fucking idiot, how many millions over the years have sighed relief at the sight of the us and europe? how many have fled and feared at the sight of the hammer and sickle? it isnt picking sides you idiot, soviets murdered and oppressed in the open without remorse, just because a few in our system are twisted does not indicate a failure of society, corruption is everywhere and we seem to forget how many are in the end punished for the crimes they commit! not in russia tho (putin ftw)

  • @popthekeen89

    Russia is innocent.

Need I remind people that they offered (3 times!) to unify Germany in 1952? USA AND IT'S FUCKING WALL POLICY!

USA can't handle anything! wall here, wall there...as if.

Walls do not keep Communists out, they keep the innocent ones in. It killed hundreds of E.Berlins, because NATO didn't want Germany joining Russia. They put up the Korean wall even though we could've slaughtered the N.Korean army with our superior airforce and navy.

    USA is cowardly.

  • @WolfytheWolf5667 You really think the Berlin wall was built to keep the "inocents" in?

  • @kartman13

They are innocent. USSR said 3 times to unify Germany. NATO refused. so in other words, NATO is the one who wants a walled berlin.

  • @popthekeen89 Do you have any idea how many MORE people the U.S has killed?

  • Fuck the communists and fuck communism!

  • @Trexmaster12

    yeah, fuck the workers

  • 45 years of communism in my country... horrible, horrible times. Sooo many jackasses think communism is cool. Hmpf, almost makes me laugh.

  • @Trexmaster12

yeah because communism is a political thing, its isnt a economic system where you can have a democratic communist party, its a dictatorship

  • Not only that but you're practically controlled like a robot and made to think like a robot, so to speak. Nothing human inside, just do the things that you've been ordered from the party.

  • @superstrok99

No, you fool Communism is not.

Stalinism is a dictatorship, he vilified Communism. You think Russians LIKED him? EVERYBODY HATED HIM! HE KILLED TROTSKY! He defiled the legacy of Lenin!

Communism = NO figure of authority. Stalin didn't like that.

  • @WolfytheWolf5667

    sarcasm, you don't get it

  • @WolfytheWolf5667 Even though Lenin implemented the one party system, effectively establishing a dictatorship, destroyed all factionalism within the party, which included any ideological debate (parti'nost), thus establishing an ideological Orthodoxy, also established the camp system and Gulag, and initiated the Red Terror?

  • OFCOURSE IT WAS A MISTAKE ,, THEY LOST THE CASPIAN BASIN NATURAL GAS AND OIL ... RUSSIA IS FUCKED NOW... NOW THEY HAVE TO ANSWER TO NATO TO GET IT BACK INTO THEIR CONTROL... THEY ARE FUCKED BIG TIME... USA IS GOING TO STEAL ALL THE OIL FROM CENTRAL ASIA AND HAS MIDDLE EAST OIL .. HOW COULD SOVIET UNION BE SOO STUPID? WHY THEY INVADED AFGHANISTAN? THEY SHOULD OF KEPT THEIR AUTONOMY BECAUSE THE PEOPLE ALREADY WERE TRANSFORMED INTO RUSSIANS.. THEY SHOULD OF MADE A DEAL WITH AFGHANS AND PAKI'S

  • The Soviet Union (USSR) was nothing but a criminal Bolshevik gangster state that employed genocide and terror to further Russian imperialism and colonialism.

    Good riddance to it.

  • @Bosirant Sounds like the USA

  • @Bosirant reminds me of USA.

  • fucking traitor

  • He betrayed socialism and now he's regretful... such an idiot!

Didn't supported Lenin and Trotsky ideology! Now it's too late indeed! >:(

  • The Soviet breakup was unavoidable. The country was an economic basketcase in the 1980s and probably always had been. The economic pressures keeping up with the US in the arms race made for an impossible situation. Coupled with restive republics feeling a desire to, at long last, strike out on their own and an army thoroughly demoralized at being outgunned by Mujahadeen in A-stan and the die was cast.

Glasnost and Perestroika were merely mileposts on the way to ruin for the USSR.

  • @camprunamok

Had they not done the Afghan war it could have been avoided completely. Gorbachev did not save his country. He participated in its destruction.

  • @camprunamok

people misunderstood. We can't blame directly Glastonst and Perestroka for breaking up the USSR. First of all, the USSR collepsed because of nationalism. Secondly, some people did not trust Communist government's reforms. They (as well as I) beleived from the US. We wanted more cooperation with Americans (not just only government) in terms of exchanging ideas, learning from them, etc. But our expections exceeded. The things went upside down, and today they lost trust in USA:-(

  • what a shitty talk =S "misstake of the collapse" so sick! is it so bad with democracy? is it so bad without masskilling and with freedom of speech =S ?

  • @JohanOlsson putin's regime can hardly be called a democracy with freedom of speech when he poisons those who speak out against his mafia rule, not to mention his brutal occupation of georgia

  • @warmongerpro

HAHA, Do you even read Georgia's cluster bombs? MADE IN ISRAEL.

So they attacked. And um...they aren't occupying Georgia, they're occuping S.Ossetia. Don't like it? don't bomb civvies.

  • i think Gorbachev is an iconic man

  • Favoring at 80%. Well sure anyone can be that popular when you control the poles

  • Soviet Union wouldve been better off if it stayed intact as a democratic country.

  • @dmacid I'd like in my lifetime to see a democratic communist nation.

  • @Grant691 There are plenty of democratic socialist regimes around the world. Thats what USSR was anyway, a socialist state a lot more so than a communist state.

  • @Grant691

    there was chile

  • @Grant691 A workers revolution is the most democratic action possible

  • @Grant691 No such thing.

  • @NoGoodBoyo1000 Democratic Communism has already happened on communes around the world.

  • @Grant691 That is voluntary not enforced egalitarianism. Completely different.

  • Gorbachev and Yelstin were payed by the West to destroy the USSR .

Gorbachev Is a millionaire while Russians are poor !

    Yelstin ( Elstein ) was a Jew Freemason !

  • @CCCPSovietSoldier Yea,it was a betrail of your ppl.... They sold out the Soviets for filthy yankee dollars------and now they say it was a mistake ?? Save it for the Peoples Supreme Court where they will be judged, all in due time...

  • @CCCPSovietSoldier

Your forgetting most of the people Is the USSR hated THE USSR in the first place at least the illegal soviet satellite states they did. Notice how badly people wanted to get rid of the puppet governments in Hungary, Poland, Romania etc. When free elections were finally held the puppet parties of the USSR could not even get 10% of the vote.

  • @CCCPSovietSoldier West was always afraid of comunnism ,if what you siad is true-which im 95% that what u said is true-this means that the Soviet Union would have never collapsed.fuck usa

  • Gorby: fucking asshole who betrayed his country for money as a fucking prostitute.

  • @HistorianUndertaker1 There are no two opinions on this this subject. His job, like the job of every leader of every country, was to protect this country. He intentionally destroyed it, getting for that the uncountable amount of cash and spilling a lot of blood of his subjects, as, otherwise, it was not possible to dissolve the country. He is the thief, and traitor. He should have been executed for his treason. Maybe, he didn't know what USA started to do on 11.9.2001, but it is irrelevant.

  • @HistorianUndertaker1 I would like to see evidence on that. For all I know your a fat lier that speaks shit about Gorbachev and apperently can't spell because your a Nazi and enjoys todays Russia and all the killing.

  • @SMGJohn Listen, first of all I do not like today's Russia at all. Second, I was born in the USSR and I am Russian so I hate (like everybody else in Russia) Gorbatchev and all traitor of his gender (Yeltsin, Tchoubais). Then could you explain me who the fuck are you to tell me such things about my ex- country? Did you lived in the USSR? Do you speak Russian ? because we could talk about this subject MORE closely (cuz no one could understand us) Finally I am not at all a Nazi.

  • @HistorianUndertaker1 You must be that part that sucked at life hard...

  • @SMGJohn You suck man, because you do not know anything about the USSR.

  • @HistorianUndertaker1 LOL, you suck even more you base your facts on what you experienced. Not real facts that comes from books and documents and the people themself. I don't even believe your from USSR

  • @SMGJohn "The main thing is to make history, not to write it."

    Otto Von Bismarck

Experience is facts, for instance when my father lived during Nikita Kroushev everything was alright, then came Leonid Brezhnev; the best leader of the USSR; after him were Yuri Andropov and Constantin Chernenko; they both barely managed to rule the country (they each dided after one year of rule) Finally came our common friend; Mikhail Gorbachev:brainwashed traitor by the americans;he wanted a new country he got

  • @HistorianUndertaker1 Socialism is based on a great political ideal. Socialism is the future; capitalism will soon fall (we need to manage our ressources to survive and Capitalism is the best way to contradict it.) Like every russian family we lived in the USSR and like them we left it because it felt down like the berlin wall.

  • tired about hearing about afgan rebels and iraq planning terrorist attacks. When we, trying to "end world terror", openly support Isreal. Isreal is openly commiting terrorist acts on Pakistan and is the 2nd most trained army in the world. Pakistan is blamed for terrorist attacks for defending themselves from the threat of Isreal taking their home.

  • And even now somebody doesn't understand why Comrade Stalin shooted bastards like Gorbachyov, Putin, Eltsin and other leading bastards of post-Soviet 3rd World countries

  • It's ironic that the collapse of the Soviet Union opened the door for the rise of China.

The collapse of the Soviet Union has taken away the threat that they posed to the Chinese and allow them to reallocate resources to there economy and help them to gain acces to Soviet and Warsaw pact market, technology and naturial resources.

  • @jasan2121 Chinas rise has nothing to do with USSR, USSR's economy was centraly planned and closed, Chinas has been open and a mixture of capitalism with socialism for the last 35 ish years, USSR had bad relations with China in the 60's because of disagreements on their interpretation of communism, the Chinese took many paths but found a good path more then 3 decades ago which led to their linear rise, which began during USSR's existence

  • @prjerry7 Sorry to butt in,but about China-------they are a world power, not only in army, but atleast as much in economy...The country that USA owes most BILLIONS are----China.. Whyen our system falls apart because of greedy bankers and big buisness, wall street crack once again, the Chinese will be de facto world power no.1

  • @RebelSonBand China is a world power but USA will collapse? USA has allways had greedy billionaires [since rockefeller], USA has economic crisis in the 80's, 70's, etc. Each economic crisis was bigger then the last but USA has ALLWAYS RECOVERED like now, in 2010 USA economy grew 14%, its all part of the BUSINESS CYCLE.

USA has allways had debt, in 1949 our national debt was much higher then today, governmental debt is easily resolved with cuts, simple, no need for falls.

  • @prjerry7 Well, perhaps you will recover once again....The prob is,that what your greedy billioneers do effects the rest of the world too....If your Wall Street comes crashing down,so do we---------Europe has our own capitalist super-stars,but they are some what "restricted" if you know what I mean....Im not of the impression that theres any real restrictions on your finecial wizards, they roam as they please-------and if so,they could very well bring the dollar down, and effect the hole world...

  • @RebelSonBand the advantage the Chinese have is that their part capitalistic, still i remember in the 70's people were saying the exact same youv just said but with Japan [Japan was booming, everyone thought theid surpass USA], then they said that about Germany in the 90's, before that they thought USSR would surpass us, before that they thought Nazi Germany and imperial Japan, etc. USA has been the superpower the last 150 years, why? We own much of Fortune 500 company's, not because of our gov.

  • Can anyone think of a person who is a bigger traitor than this man, called gorbachov?

  • @khghountch

His a good man, he allowed the satellite states such as Poland, Hungary to hold free elections.

Also of the system was so good then these regimes would not have had a swing of 90% literally against them when free elections came.

  • @khghountch Nope there is no more bigger traiter in this world than gorby. Gorby:prostitute

  • @HistorianUndertaker1 Yes, he is. The most terrifying thing that the entire planet is set for the destruction because of him, and nobody is looking for another planet, like Soviet Union used to do. This man is, probably, the biggest traitor in the human history, and still alive! Horrible!

  • we need a new superpower :|

  • i wish the soviet union never collapse...:\

  • @stephencious Well its easy for russians to say that they got all the money. They lost income from 10 countries. If not more. Ask Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Latvia. They have booming economies. Ask them if they would like to go back. All the funds went straight back to moscow. Thats like saying the british should have never given up india.....who are you asking?

  • @stephencious i wish it will come back soon =D

  • @stephencious Me too comrade :(

  • @FSMotherRussia its very sad to hear it :(

  • @stephencious Ikr? :''[

  • @stephencious I wish the Soviet Union,never became.

  • @philG36C ^^ what?..u going traitor?.. :O

  • @stephencious I'm just talking from my point of view.I see far more bad than good things in the USSR.

  • Of course the collapse of the country is a mistake, why are they so surprised?

  • @Trupoed4 collapse of what country? You call European Union also country? You ppl all around the world are so brainwashed that also your children will see estonians, lithuanians, ukrainians...as russian. That's result of stalinist propaganda

  • @aureez Actually yes u can call The Soviet Union a country but ismore correct not to,because is Union of Soviet Socialist REPUBLICS so i kind agree with u.But u still can call it a country

  • @SIPLcy2 The thing is i overreacted to ""collapse of country is mistake"- all 14 republics were occupated before and after ww2 so its a 50 year dream of millions of ppl what came truth. In this case i''m glad i''m a person of old small 3 mln ppl country with own language, culture, history.. and i''m free! so its collapse of created country, centralized kapitalistim, and was never a mistake cause we are humans also, with big dream to get out of this slavery mechanism.

  • @aureez well im from slovenia 2 milion people live here, but abaut 20 or 15 years ago i was in yougoslavia, and it colapsed, and what have i got now?I have a country thats 99%poor 0% free cuz the leadars arent people but politics and we are in my country all in a crisys.well you are free now ok welcome in a free SHIT.

  • @gosenica44 well im from lithuania- same shit over there, but im staying in holland wright now with my own weed plants in balkony, freedom of thinking and speach isnt absent anymore and i have possibility couple times a year to fly to visit parents back in lithuania, country like slovenia when changing all system corruption grew in geometrical progress so i decided to leave this don kichot country, what would never happend in ussr. Thats freedom what has nothing to do with what you wrote, sory4u

  • @Dragon8x8

The collapse of the USSR was positive too the majority of people. The puppet satelitte states of the Soviet union such as Poland, Hungary, Czech, Romania etc and the Baltics (part of the USSR) voted on average 90% against the soviet communist system and for independance.

The only ones who wanted to keep the USSR was Belarus, Ukraine, the southern USSR states in the middle east and of course Russia itself. It only benefited them at the expense of everyone else.

  • I agree. There used to be a belief that after USSR collapsed, the "evil empire" has disappeared and freedom and prosperity will follow. However, as we discovered eventually, USA was no angel and took took on the new role of the insatiable and evil beast, free to invade and plunder.

  • @lordangelic we never said it would be different.

  • @lordangelic we never said it would be different.

  • @lordangelic we never said it would be different.

  • if soviet union was here in modern now they would be a unstoppible army eavan if nukes hit ther they will have more bases manufactering vehicals to get revenge

  • Democracy doesn't work for Russia! Bring the USSR back!

  • @jacarandaxia @ i agree bring back the communist state the writtings of karl marx is genius

  • Gorbachev had NOBLE intentions. He is the man who probably saved the WORLD, by signing agreement with Reagan to end Cold War - just imagine if nukes started flying if Russia had another Stalin?

Gorbachev wanted communism, but a softer kind, giving autonomous decision to member states and promoting freedom of speech

This is what happens when you are "too nice", your own people betray you. Politics are dirty, and Gorbachev was just too nice for it.

I hope he has good health and a peaceful life.

  • The average Russian was better off under communism.

  • @gwangjuboy1 yeah slavery in the gulags is way better than freedom. if u miss gulags than you should move to north korea

  • @sciencepowerdavid The average Russian was materially better off under communism. The gulag itself was a feature of Stalin's USSR, but from the late 1950s, after Stalin's death, its role in Soviet society diminished considerably.

  • @sovietkotek

East Germanys qaulity of life, education and life expectancy rankings soared after the USSR collapsed, the baltic states have improved in many areas, Most of the Polish are glad their puppet government collapsed, many people the USSR going by census's following included questions about whether they rather be independant or under the USSR, a staggering 90% ticked they are better off. The only country better under the USSR is Russia.

  • @S1lent2011 i do believe that is what I said: 'the average RUSSIAN was better off under the USSR'.

  • @S1lent2011

Yes, just look at Kyrgyzstan.. doing so well...

    Poorly informed reply.

  • @SpatialVortex

Talking about Europe, no one pays attention to irygustan or the other nurmerous stans anyway.

  • Besides Kyrgyzstan others arn't doing well ethier but the media never pays any attention.

Fact is Europeans are happier and better off.

  • 1 word. FUCK COMMUNISM

  • @akey926 That's two words ;)

  • @akey926 Those are 2 words.Showing your low intelligence and also most of the americans say ''fuck communism''When you have never lived under that regime. And if you did you would know that Russians lived a better life under the USSR.

  • @TranshumanCyborg SO true

  • Respect to Russia from the US, Russia is still a great superpower.

  • If only west would fucking stayed out of the war... USSR & west could be friends and maybe really good for us all (Stalin not included)

  • No matter what the Soviets did, we needed them to keep balance in the world. Also to keep the United States in check. Now without them, the U.S. is free to fuck every country with its unrivaled military and spread greed and corruption along with its agenda into a hemisphere it never could before i.e. Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan.

  • @ThatDifferentGuy Really? is that what happened in Korea, Vietnam?

  • @crocodiledavid who the fuck are u?

  • @ThatDifferentGuy Someone who finds your views on the existence of the Soviet Union completely fucking stupid.. :P

  • @crocodiledavid Well, i believe its better to have two bullies fighting each other. Instead of one bully, terrorizing all the small kids

  • @ThatDifferentGuy Give me a couple of examples of big bullies bullying little kids....

  • @ThatDifferentGuy America fucked over countries during the cold war too though. Just as the Soviets did. What we need is for everyone to stop acting like that. America will be bankrupt soon enough and we'll get that.

  • @ThatDifferentGuy Well. There's still China. and North Korea. It's not all gone.

Cuba and Vietnam are non-agressors now. We don't need to worry about them.

But the cold war is still alive and well. The balance of power just shifted, and tension is lessened a bit.

  • @ThatDifferentGuy Absolutely correct
