@DOWORK626 nothing really to understand, you set fixed amount of calories for a day and spread those calories between fat protein and carbs. you should eat .5g of fat per 1lb of your body weight, 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per 1lb of body weight and the remaining calories should come from good carbs eaten in proper time of the day meaning prior workout meals and 1 meal after workout also never before bed or in the last meal.
by the way i buy cheese sticks also but i buy 0% fat ones they only got like 70calories and 6 grams protein but are good calories filler if you are already loaded on fat that day
