@silvergate3909 Ya they are good for removing large pieces of rock and mud and dirt very fast, I air them down to 12 pounds and they work well on dry rocks as well. If they balanced and I could use them on the highway I would love them. Thanks for watching mate! Don't forget to subscribe and keep and eye out for my new series of cruiser vids coming out soon - including a warn 8274 winch rebuild, birfield rebuild, and a bunch more!
@lshobie thanks buddy! why did you say the 36 is too big. did it make your gearing to tall or is it catching somewhere? they sell them here with a 16" split rim, but i reckon it's the same size as the ones you have there. i really like the rubber you fitted!
@silvergate3909 The tires rob too much power - heavy, they are a bit too big for the wheel wells but they tend to make the wheel wells wider on their own:) The SS are impossible to balance, tried beads, powder etc etc, would be nice to be able to drive a short distance on the road to go wheeling without swapping tires - but can't do that with these things. Next tires will be 35's and narrow if I can find them, 13's are too wide for what I do.
@lshobie man i have learn these american tyre sizes. we have them here as a 245/40 R18 for example. that's my subaru's tyre size. anyway...what is the SS you refer to? is that the rims showing in the video?
@silvergate3909 SS is the type of tire - Super swamper, very aggressive and strong but would never last in a race type of 4x4 event - to heavy, not balancable, just a hunk of rubber.
nice ute.. sounds pretty good. im thinking of getting an aeroturbine muffler.. i have an 03 model cruiser but without turbo and it has extractors. do u think it will sound the same as yours?

I had taken out 2 leafs to make it more flexible - it would bottom out - but I put them back in and it is good now.

Damn, sorry I erased a message by accident. "The question was wether the engine/tranny/transfer had any problems?"
The answer - the engine is awesome, the tranny is being replaced because it is worn out and so is the transfer case.
