He likes it. If he didn't he wouldn't be expanding his wings at all. He'd be trying to keep dry. Plus most parrots screech when they aren't liking something. They let you know.
Yes, the parrot is having fun, but there is mold in this bathroom and that is very dangerous for birds (and people and other pets). It's very hard to treat fungal infections if they get into the crop or respiratory system. Feeding parrots cinnamon sticks might help a lot and they enjoy them as much as opera!
