  • OMG... this is exactly what happen to me ... :(

  • "Did I do well?"

    "Go away!"

  • What does he mean by "further south"?

  • @Salamandra84 I believe they're implying the student tried to use his tendon hammer on the patients vagina!

  • @agrigoat I would never guess this :D I was wondering if it was some sort of idiom or something, lol.

  • @Salamandra84 'further south' as in it's meant to hit the knee not the mouth?

  • further south NOT THERE lol

  • Ah si les Français pouvaient s'en inspirer ! ^^

  • I'd make a small incision in the front of his cock?

  • Lol I'm 6081 a bit close lol

Got to be my fav AT song

  • "Right I think we'd better end it there." 8 words guaranteed to send shivers now the spine of any med student in a practical exam!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Hahaha some guy talked abt PLAB n all today n he viewed this .. EPIC!

  • Is it a hazard, that the candidate in here got the numer 6079 - just like the "caputered" character in orwells 1984? Or am I just fantasising? XD

  • Oh man the title alone.. "Finals Fantasy" haha brilliant!

  • is there a left atrial dilatation on that ecg?

  • @mosko3 let it go man....just because we do medicine, no need to use youtube vids as a learning opportunity :)

  • @mosko3 no

  • white and posh at the end got me hahaha

  • sadly i know doctors worse than this...woo..

  • Why's that tendon hammer in her mouth?!?! xD

  • i like the bit at 3:26-3:47

  • I have to admit I was hoping that this is a parody of medicine and Final Fantasy. I'll deal though, still awesome.

  • isnt saline just salt water ? O.o

  • @frohjizm ...exactly ;)

  • This is going to be me at finals.... oh god... !

  • Whys that tendon hammer in her mouth, lmao

  • This video shows me how much I need to go study!

  • "An X-ray showing Crohn's"

"No it's not, it's called an ECG"

    brilliant!

  • @MelleB90 I love the fact that the ECG doesn't just look like an X Ray to him; it has somehow showed him Crohn's disease too! XD

  • @thebuttonmushroom But if you recognise Crohn's from ECG you are really, really good.

  • ROFL

I'd like you to test this lady's reflexes.

Why't that tendon hammer in her mouth?

I'm trying to assess her gag reflex

I meant that you should use it further south

    NOT THERE!!!

    Brilliant!

  • DID I DO WELL? :D

  • I find it interesting, upon reflection, that he does not know what an MI is but he does know how to treat one...

  • @thebuttonmushroom But he doesn't know how to treat one.. "I'd make a small incision in the front of his co.. 'NOOOO!'"

  • @blinked025 lol you're right; he only *thinks* he knows how to treat one XD

  • @thebuttonmushroom Or maybe he knows how to treat "one". Horrible disease.

  • All too much like I felt. Thanks for the flashback just the same, and for a good laugh. Keep it up, docs. You rock!

  • badger badger badger badger mushroom, mushroom!

  • i <3 these guys. lol

  • Thats Weird Al at 0:43

  • @Gaskinator123 Yup, it sure is! I'm a Weird Al fan as well (see my Do I Creep You Out?" video). Besides, who else can you think of that has listed hernias in a song? :D

  • @thebuttonmushroom ME TOO :D

  • LOL, I love it when he says 'I knew this so well'. xD And the Harry Potter scar made me chuckle.

  • I love these songs, even though I am a vet student they're still relevant and get me through exams :) thanks for uploading!

  • @GAHFJ My solution for you is to not watch the video again. :)

  • @GAHFJ I don't see how a picture of the medical term used is not funny?

  • @GAHFJ sorry, but you must be stuoid, why the hell did you show someone else this video if you did not find it funny ???????

  • @GAHFJ Well your an ignorant idiot then, and so are they. The pics aren't intended to be that funny, its just something to look at while the song is on, so you know what Crones disease is or an ECG. lol. Miserable twat :L

  • Aalaa tareen ...!!!

    Just AWESOME :-)

  • Laughed so hard I cried. 31 years after graduating the feelings are recalled like yesterday.

  • Exactly that I feel -

  • The answer is I will get back to you...lolol

  • Ahahahahahaha, I love how OSCEs turn even the best of us to utter gibbering wrecks. Well, its funnier now that I've graduated...

  • @jinjukazooie oh please give me some tips! haha. shitting myself

  • Don't cry when you forget how to divide by ten in a drug calculation station. Not because you'll fail, more because you will feel like a total tit afterwards ;)

They're ok to be honest, just take a deep breath and follow it all up with a massive glass of wine.

  • @jinjukazooie lol word! yeah not 2 worried about the drug calculations 2bh, more the amount of body systems ive left out

  • Awesome! Whats was the treatment for MI, couldn't see the incision!!

  • myocardial infraction (heart attack) is treated by a heart bypass

  • I think they mean the usual treatment with mnemonic MONA: morphine, oxygen, nitrites and aspirin. With the goal of keeping muscle death to a minimum.

  • @rubenpeeters

Treatment for MI is generally your usual basic emergency care (ABCDE), MONA to reduce myocardial death (role of oxygen may change) and revascularisation (PCI/thrombolytics/CABG).

This may change depending on various conditions such as comorbidities etc.

  • Pharma exam tomorrow.. Lovely to procrastinate my precious study time away:)

  • Awesome!!! I Would Like to dedicate this song to "Dr" Wheatley!

  • x berape kelakar sangat.

  • I literally have just had an OSCE and this is exactly what I needed to listen to!

  • you're white and posh and male so we can't let you fail - lol!!

  • This song reminds me of myself. I study like hell and I know the stuff well but I cannot remember them when I am tested. The one good thing going on for me is that I know my drugs really well; thanks to the Drugs Song LOL

  • I play these guys everyday in the operating theatres as soon as the patient is asleep

    God bless Adam and Suman

  • my goodness this song accompanied me all the way through my finals!!! ^0^

  • lol! Hope they went better for you than they did in this song! :D

  • That Sounds like my sex life lol

  • What you find in normal Saline - Silicon and Caesium and Starch!!!

  • omg so funny. LOL.

  • LOL! I'm having one of my last exams too soon- I'm about to graduate in Medicine- and I feel exactly like this...=)

  • Do you need to know all of these things in the video? =O

  • yes. then you specialise and learn even more.

  • Best of luck to all the fellow med students :)

  • I dont like this one as much as the others but still good

  • this is awesome!!! first clinical osce's coming up in 2 weeks (why does everyone seem to find this song around revision time?! lol) and i'd like to say - typical imperial student (i'm a ucl girl lol) but don't want to tept fate....

  • what the hell did you say bagets for? LOL

  • Brilliant! Two days to finals OSCE's and this seriously cheered me up!

  • hope they went well!

  • all you guys relax. you can never really forget everything. thats the way it always seems.

  • Second year finals in two weeks...nowhere near as bad as 5th years but still fooking OSCEs and written papers.

Two weeks to do half the effing year and all the clinical exams!! ARGH.

  • o hai!!!!

  • You know what, I used to agree with this song but having passed clinicals I'm now more terrified of my written papers. How can I have forgotten everything already?

  • y must open the book!!! & read it :))))

  • lol

  • today will be the gastroenterology exam

and i full of hope after this song!!!!

    wahahaa :))

  • Then you have to recognize the "X-ray showing Crohn's disease". :)

  • Crohn's disease is fuckly difficult patology :))) X-r don't show it, only complication - Obstipation :))))

    i've got 'A ' from the exam :))))

  • i'de love to be treated by Adam Kay

  • With 2 months left to finals this has really cheered me up! Great work guys!!

  • Fantastic... An Inspiration

  • Bagets! I love it! This could have been me in my first clinical exam where I forgot my own name!

  • "Tell me when you require central line?"

"If you have to get to Marble Arch" XD

  • hilarious!

  • 2 OSCEs down, 2 to go!!!

thanks for the cheer up again!

  • lolz

  • this has totally cheered me up - 3 hours to go till the dreaded OSCE!!!

  • lol.

this is an xr showing crohn's disease

    no, it's called an ecg!

  • that's the best part of the song!

  • i hav that topology map in my IT book. lol

  • Superb !!!

  • I'd love to go to A+E and be treated by Adam Kay & Suman Biswas... they're probably brilliant doctors haha

  • Oh yeah, I'm sure they are but I'd still have reservations if Suman was looking after me while I was under the knife or Adam brandised a speculum at me.

  • To be honest, they probably don't need to be any more, they get loads of gigs. . . xD

  • Haha the story of lecture based courses, 3 years learning about hernias and you can't examine patients :D

    (not that PBL's any better)

  • "Is it cadgets?" "No" "Is it badgets?" "No that doesn't exist...."

  • Hmmmmm

I don't appreciate the humour at the end.

''Youre white, posh and male so we can't let you fail''

I've actually never had a white doctor xD

  • lol

  • that just means all the non white doctors know their stuff

  • No it doesn't, at all.

There are many factors in it :P one of which is that it takes a lot of hard work to become a doctor and generally people from other countries are more hard working because they have incentives. Besides, I didn't mean that, I was just saying that due to this fact the last line of this song is untrue.

  • still it adds to the doctor humour

  • Yeah whatever - as a medical student i can tell you we're all like this until about 5years after qualifying - we just get better at hiding it!!!

  • i really feel at ease about my next appointment tomorrow now.....

  • anyone else scared to go to the doctor now?

  • Thankfully my doctor is no way near as clueless as this poor nervous student.

  • Don't worry. Most doctors can see the difference between an X-ray showing Crohn's disease and an ECG. ;)

  • But an ECG may be mistaken for a graph of whether their targets have been met over the past year! :P

  • Does an elevated ST-wave make the statistics better or worse? hehe

  • This makes studying to microbiology exam a little less booooring:)

  • 2am, Bell's palsy, and its christmas eve............must be 2 months to finals

  • If your medicine is as good as this you should pass finals at the top of your class!

  • this video is great, it is completely and utterly brilliant! :P

  • This is amazing! we love you!

  • Oh god I feel like this in clinicals! Hilarious but finals are only a few short months away. Eek.

  • Good luck! If in doubt, sing this song to them :D!

  • 101/10 Excellent

  • Brilliant!

  • What the hell did you say badgets for?

  • Oh wow I love this, my favourite song from the new album.

"I'd make a small incision in the front of his NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGOOOOO" XD

  • luve the ending "you're white and posh and male so we cant let you fail"

  • haha :)

  • good!
