mouthpiecesports1, is 5 6, American and can dunk. what do you mean white guys can t jump? It s (just|simply|all)# about the training people do to get their vertical leap to be high enough to dunk. For me, I just used the training program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com

mouthpiecesports1 I am just a 5'7 chinese kid and I can dunk in live games. Anybody can do it, just use the right workout. I used the one from 50inch vertical[dot]com but any training program is fine as long as they work which many do not
