@skiie It's called option select. It's hard to explain, but every character has at least one and it's where you can instantly choose between two options depending on the situation. Like for Bison (Dictator) you can do his do his cross up and if the cross up whiffs you can immediately do a slide and you'll be safe. I can't explain it very well, but there are youtube videos about it. Just search Street Fighter 4 Option Select.
