I don't know if you were joking, but the people who have the game early didn't get their copies from shops who broke the release date.

Microsoft put the game up on the XBL marketplace for reviewers to download the game but modders/hackers (Or no-lifes, as I call them) found a way to download the game illegitimately.

Basically, they stole the game.

@dajman15 Guess I forgot to mention that one. I did know about it. But then again privately owned stores have been known to sell games before the release date if the shipment arrives ahead of schedule. Happened last year with ODST. Some French guy got the game a month early somehow and a month before release he posted the whole campaign in French. Microsoft was not happy.

@dajman15 No they do it purposely. Unlike GameStop who cares about their reputation, private stores like I don't know "Joe's Game Lot" don't care about that. As soon as the first shipment arrives, all you gotta do is walk up to the counter and ask for the game. They might ask for a bit more money than normal, but ow well. And no, I havn't done this.

@lesterpowis I posted that back in August. I picked the Legendary Edition up on launch day. I also listened to the soundtrack as well as the music while I was playing. I know its not fan made. The uploader of this video even said that after I had posted that comment. Read a bit more before you go flying off the handle.
