Yep, nice spot. I used my hand sucker tube in many prospective spots, crevices...no color. Had to bust the cemented gravels up before I started finding color. That was a lot of work with just a prybar. Good luck in the future. Randy C-17A triple w (dot) goldadventures (dot) biz
Yep, it's just plain silly how the eco-Nazis have ruined ruined even simple hand panning in a lot of areas. I spoke to one park ranger once that said the reason they wouldn't allow panning or sluicing in the creek in the park was it polluted the water with mud/silt. I asked her what about the muddy water when it rained? She said, oh, that's natural muddy water, so it's O.K. Too many idiots running our public lands! Randy C-17A
I found out that any Lake Lanier Army Corp of Engineers areas it is not allowed to pan for gold. Also Lumpkin County does not allow panning for gold. Unless you are on private property on the Chaste River you are in violation. That seems funny to me because the United States first gold rush was in Lumpkin County.
Wtf dude ur videos r goldless

Yeah that spot looks real cool. You should get a dredge and dredge it!
