I like watching the ancient alien videos even when I interpret the winged gods, feathered snakes and fallen angels as the symbols for drugs, they are still informative most of the time.
I used to think the annunaki where ancient aliens like Zecharia Sitchin claimed.
But then I read some of John M Allegro's work, one of the translators of the dead sea scrolls and author of 'the sacred mushroom & the cross'. Allegro claims the myth of the crucified Christos is based on the holy sacrament: the psychedelic mushroom.
I know this theory doesn't explain who build the pyramids and other buildings all over the world, but it does explain the biblical narratives, visions and prophets...
