  • Kia is the best thesedays..

  • looks so nice!!!

  • So good

  • Toyota and Honda are finished.

  • it kind of reminds me the Hyunday Genesis coupe

  • it is very ugly, except for the rear...typical concept design

  • this car looks pretty cool. I hope they can produce it.

  • it better look like that when they make it and not fkn comletly change like all the fkn companies usually do

  • Kia should of got in to the full size pick-up truck market at the beginning of it's U.S. debut...It would of caught the others off guard.

  • tron

  • i saw that kia motors was 1 of the 10 things in the big name brand to go under

  • KIA ...really???KIA really? KIA??

  • I touched it! Haha

  • I wouldn't say its great, it looks cool yes, but the back looks like it has been chopped by a chainsaw.

Is there anyone think the same way as i do???

  • I dont know about the rest of you but that thing looks like iPod touch with wheels :)

Hell, if they replace the KIA logo with Apple's one I would be fooled into thinking Apple have expanded into automotive.

  • 1:08 - "We're a little bit suspicious here. All the promising sounds like it could be a pipe dream"...He just defined "concept car"! That thing will never go into production.

  • beautiful car

  • i wana have sex with that car

  • and it's so close to reality for the car structure and design! bring it to our streets already! if this comes better than the fisker karma then i'd get one, but if not, then i'd get the karma. i think it would be cheaper than the prius i think.

  • Definitely the meanest looking Hybrid I've seen. Looks sweet. I wound't mind chuckin a big block in that thing haha.

  • Precioso!!

  • My only question is why would this car not be sold. at 1:14 he says a similar model may come out. Why not this one?

  • it looks ugly but i think the inside is sexy

  • haha i fully agree with niswel.

  • my dream car mother god....

  • now bring us the real thing, exactly like this one - it's 2010 for crying out load - no more 20th century crap please, and that goes for all of you!

  • very interesting to know, i must say. guess it is your only working body part...

  • sexy car and fukn nice wheels

  • Ass is ugly, no no

  • The back end of the Ray is my only thumbs down. Other than that the car looks very cool.

  • agree

  • sick man.......that is SICK

    damn i want that

  • i don't understand all this agitation around electric/hybri vehicles in auto shows or even in the medias...hybrids sellings will ALWAYS be confidential. Petrol isn't expensive enough . it's called brainwashing : "hi i'm a car maker, i'm not able to make proper green cars, but i'm willing to" ... Well i guess in people'mind it's enough :)

  • haha you wish!!!!

  • i would drive tht

  • thats the onley kia i would ever drive.

  • woah awesome awesome car!

  • that is kinda sick, except the back end is really flat and big but still kinda tight

  • dats a sexy car

  • 0:26

Is there a OLED panel on the bonnet, or is that just me?

  • sexy as hell

  • omg omg iwant1

  • Wow, very futurist looking!!

  • the front reminds me of a Ford Fiesta...

  • hahaha i hope not!!!

  • @Hostilenemy looks like low ground clearance so I'm pretty sure they'd go up over the windshield

  • kia is getting back to the sports cars!

  • idk if you guys have seen the new forte koup but it looks awesome, i think it kicks the looks of focus, cobalt and scion's ass, but thats just me, im not hating, i love the focus, and cobalt and scion too

  • Yea I like the new forte also. Looks very sporty right off the line. I have to give looks to the new focus that is coming out. I think that it will be a great seller. The styling looks great... not as sporty but great. imo of course.

  • it's a diffrent KIA I have known, wow x3

  • BUILD IT ALL OTHER KIAS SUCK DICK

  • it's beautiful

  • hydrogen!

  • i think it looks pretty good... ~~ready for the thumbs down -.-

  • @bladibla06070 naw, here have another thumb up :D

  • Well...its a good start for Kia, I guess.

  • Why can car companies only come up with plug in hybrids? using already EXPENSIVE electricity and over powering the power grids is not the way of the future, plus the batteries will end up in landfills, and produce huge emissions in the making of the battery. BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD, THIS IS NOT THE WAY OF THE FUTURE!

  • Most people will have these cars plugged in at night, so the power grids will be able to handle this. Also electricity is much cheaper than gasoline, and batteries can get recycled. However you are correct this is not the way of the FUTURE, this is the way of the NOW.

  • i agree... not the future but it will reduce dependency on oil

  • @davewhodavedunn....Hydrogen?

  • @davewhodavedunn

    1st: The Batteries are recyclable.

2nd: Even with our archaic electricity grid, the US is able to support more than 100 million electric cars.

I agree that creating the batteries produces just as much pollution than a regular car throughout a 10 year life cycle. I also agree that as of now, switching to electric cars will NOT save the planet because much of our electricity is produced from coal or petroleum generators.

  • @davewhodavedunn what other way can you store energy other than batteries? capacitors cant hold a charge as long as a battery, besides, lythium batteries can be recycled, even tho just a couple of times, but Lead and Plastic can be recycled endless times, but I dont think the acid would. but for now, our only hope if for free energy that can power a car, without the need for bateries, but that seems toooooooo frar from now

  • @TCreatorO look up Nikola Tesla, he came up with the answer in the early 1900's.

  • @TCreatorO

solar powered cars or water powered cars would work

  • @narutocaprirequest2 solar power is not enough. also at night it doesnt work, and compact water generators are not comercially available. :(

  • @davewhodavedunn FUCK HYBRID IT SUCKS MAN.

  • @davewhodavedunn FUCK HYBRID IT SUCKS MAN. the only thing that i'm amaze was the design.

  • @davewhodavedunn as we are all aware, h20 engine technology had already existed, and what keeps those car manufacturers from using it? the oil companies will sue them for sure as they will lose big.... :) politics and money.... how sweet the world is eh?

  • @davewhodavedunn because it's all about the appearance of doing the right thing. Then you have celebrities and those who want to hypocritically feel like they are really special who will buy them. There is a huge market for sheep who cant think for themselves and beleive everything they are told......

  • @davewhodavedunn i think your question was probably rhetorical but in case anyone else reads this, the reason is because of marketing. regardless of whether or not plug in hybrids are actually a good idea, they are what dumb-dumb consumers associate with being green. They sell. These days mpg means more than hp, mph, rpm, or any other abbreviation.

  • Why do Hybrid's have to look ugly?

  • @Air0374 Amen.... why can't they make cars look like NORMAL cars? This absurd styling is absolute shit and will only make people turn their head to say "What a piece of GARB!"
