I just figured out yu can map axis to buttons easily with Xpadder 5.3, which is still available for free. I just chose 8-way joystick and it lets you map 4 or 6 gears to zones, and then choose which button you want to assign to each. No more searching for Virtual H-Shifter!
Nice shifter dude, I use the same joystick, same wheel but I have a Logitech NASCAR as the clutch.. I'm using the gas pedal from it as my clutch. Check my video, I used the momo shifter stick too but I have no gate. I need tips on how to make a nice cheap gate... I'm a kid with no tools, materials, and money.
well u need tools and u need materials but i didnt spend anything on the gate it was just from stuff i had around the house..if you want to copy my exact design i can give you some pointers just pm me
Very nice driving, and an awesome job with the gears, i really like that they are a little far from each other, from 1 to 2 and so on...you can really see a movement, on the g25 gears,it`s back and forth, anyway...impressive work, well done!
thanks mate, it feels pretty good to drive with once you get used to it and i could imagine it is more durable than the g25. it'll be nice when rsc is back up then everyone can see the updated photos again.
