It's much different on my slim... XD When my PS3 hard drive got corrupted, I did this and all I got was, "The hard disk file system is corrupted and will be restored". But the thing was so bad, I had to have my whole hard drive replaced.

hey uhhmm... i somehow got to that menu, with out doing that.. idk what i really did, but i hit the PS button to turn on the PS3, it didnt turn on, the controller just blinked.. then i held the button on the PS3 to turn it on, and the menu popped up... but now i can't get the menu back every time i try to do it again... but yeah. so im going to go try THAT now......
