  • i snapped ma lil brothers arm with this kimura moves..thanks a lot man..this vdo helps!!:D

  • Cool. Expert village is so helpful.

  • it may work better if when you lie down you shrimp out

  • This was the first move I learned in MMA. Exactly as in the video.

  • that hurts.

  • Maldita Propaganda essa hem

  • i did actully tap out my brother ith a Kimura on a training :D

  • Win

  • Brill used this in ma fight after a seen it and after 2failed attempts finally got my first submission fight

  • I can't believe ppl can keep with these arguments this long.

  • 11 people have been tapped out by a kimura

  • It is in effect, primarily, but not exclusively, a masculine undertoned name.

  • @AceofDlamonds ...Look shit stick, a JAPANESE person has told me that Kimura is NOT a "masculine undertoned name". It is simply a last name just like Suzuki or Ito. Last names in Japan DO NOT have any gender meaning AT ALL. Nobody said that Kimura was a girls name. For the FIFTH fucking time, someone said that they were going to name their kid GOGOPLATA, to which I joked that GOGOPLATA was a girls name.I know what trolling is, and your original comment, telling me that I "failed", was a troll

  • @mapache11

fine then, i apologize im stupid and ur 100% right. If I disagree with you then I lied on purpose and am trolling and ur sure of that.......mmmm

  • @AceofDlamonds ...Yes, you're stupid. Yes, I'm right. You didn't lie, you were wrong. There's a difference.

  • @mapache11 Just reading through this, I can tell you're a dick, the man (or woman) apologized and you acted like a punk bitch. Grow up, when someone apologizes to you, you accept the apology and attempt to recognize your own faults, and make your own apology, but instead you acted like a child, I therefore dub you, unworthy to give any child of yours (that is, if you can hold a relationship long enough, and treat someone with the respect they deserve to have a child) such an honorable name!

  • @teroku1 ... what he typed was not an apology. He was being sarcastic. Stay on the short bus and leave the comments to people with IQs higher than 60, fuckwit.

  • Comment removed

  • @teroku1 If you had an IQ higher than 60 you would know that "fuckwit" is not a word. You would also know that just because someone rides the short bus, does not mean that they have an IQ lower than 60. Karma's a bitch, I sense handicapped children in your future.

  • @teroku1 .."Unfuckingbelievable" is also "not a word" but I bet even YOU would understand it if I told you that a goal or a play or a movie, your stupidity or anything else was "unfuckingbelievable".

  • girl got man handled in full speed!

  • I think this guy is open to a bonerbar...

  • Thanks guys! i am going Backpacking through Guatemala and Central America so i will try to remember these moves

  • Maybe I could then name my kid Tap Out?

  • @Svittidiu fail comment

  • @mikecrevil haha agreed

  • Im a jiu jitsu begginer, but it is really easy for me to get on full mount, so kimura lock is really effective

  • @ticosexy22 You training traditional jiu jitsu or brazilian?

  • sucks for that girl my shoulders are double jointed and i can rotate through this easy lol

  • its cool but kinda complicated

  • mto boa a didatica

  • im gonna name my first kid octimus prime

  • ...and my second one is going to be named either genki or heel hook, i haven't decided.

  • hahahaha tap from discomfort

  • He missed a very important part.

I can't believe this guy is a blue belt.

He didn't hook his left leg around her right leg preventing her from rolling.

  • @Sheggzz, ur wrong dude. the guy had his legs around her hips already. she wouldn't be able to roll cuz he has control of her hips.

  • The text for this video was good but prevented me from seeing the action.

  • its a great mismatch.. i think he should just punch the girl, because his size is bigger rather than doing the kimura move on her.

  • @reybertjover yeah but theyre not fighting theyre showing beginners ;)

  • @CrunkKid911 Who says his kid wont know? he wasn't talking about the people in the video.

  • @ACDR3ACT read my comment again n tell me what kid ure talking about

  • make sure to get all five fingers over the opponent's wrist after securing the lock down. seems counter-intuitive but the tourque applied will be greater. the thumb curls over the top of the secured wrist just like the other fingers.

  • I am going to name my first kid 'kimura'

  • Comment removed

  • @mapache11 im gona name my first kid armbar :D

  • @mapache11 You got to have sex in order to have a kid .....oooooooh burnt

  • @BLAZEANDGANDER420 ..your problem is that it has to be with a member of the OPPOSITE SEX , and they usually have to be more than 9 years old.

    scorched

  • @mapache11 ..... good one..............

  • @BLAZEANDGANDER420 ...I got it from my new ipod app "instant intenet insults". Just 10 cents a pop. Like yo' momma.

That last one was the free insult they give you for getting the app. Cheers.

  • @mapache11 por kid lol

  • @skate0211217 ..kids will laugh until he shows them what it means. " Ha ha!! KIMURA what kind of name is tha........ahhhhhhhhhhhh my arm!!!!!!!!"

  • @mapache11 you're gonna name your kid after a submission move?

  • @WillingToPooNvm ..it was either that or Genki.

  • @mapache11 im naming my kid "Gogoplata"

  • @CrappyAtGuitar ...only if it's a girl. You can imagine how embarrassing that name would be for a boy.

  • @mapache11 oh of course how silly of me. my son will obviously be "Omoplata"

  • @CrappyAtGuitar..now you understand the intricacies of naming your children after submissions and prowrestling finishing moves. Good work. Now go make a baby. =)

  • @mapache11

kimura is a japanese man's name lols fail

  • @AceofDlamonds ...have a look for the post where I said I was going to name my kid Kimura and then put your overused "fail" comment back up your ass.

    Fucking cumstain.

  • @mapache11

somehwere you wrote that as a female name I believe???

  • @AceofDlamonds ..Really. You mean the Japanese Jiujitsu champion???

  • @mapache11

oh i thought u referenced it as a female name...or maybe somebody did.

but yeah, it's the champion guy's name

  • @AceofDlamonds ...Kimura is neither a girls or boys name. It is a family name. Masahiko was the fighter's first name. Fucking genius you are.

  • @mapache11

Kimura was the name of a fighter yes. What you act like you know is that Kimura, being a surname, has no sexual undertone, but it does, I almost guarantee ur not oriental or even asian because i shows in ur ignorance and cheap name calling. dumnfuck.

Now the particular comment i was responding to I believe was a claim that Kimura is a female name, I believed it was you idk, but that was what i was responding to in the beginning. 2 many comments

  • @AceofDlamonds ..a guy said he was going to name his kid "gogoplata", to which I replied that it was a girl's name. So he said he would call his son "omoplata".

You really need to learn how to read.

  • @mapache11

I don't see what the hell this has to do with my statement.

  • @AceofDlamonds ..what it has to do with your statement, fuckstain, is that when the guy said he would name his kid gogoplata, I joked that it was only for a girl. To which he joked that he would name a son "omoplata".

You know shit about names in Japan. It is just like English, Spanish, Italian, French and almost every other language. Kimura is a family name. If Masahiko had any sisters, they would also have the last name Kimura.

  • @mapache11

Idiot, not in the same context as English and American names....

before you throw around fucking name calling for every reply....know that you look like a FUCKIN fool acting like you know how Japanese/Far East names work. Sure Kimura would then be the name of the family say, thru the UN entrance to a foreign country, perhaps the US, and every successive generation has "Kimura" in the name. But as a native surname, Kimura is masculine, it's not unisex like "Sam" or "Alex"

  • @AceofDlamonds ..okay then smart guy, what would Masahiko's SISTER's last name be???

One of my friends is married to a Japanese girl. I'm 100% certain she knows what the fuck she is talking about since it was HER that I asked.

  • @mapache11

    alrite dude, let's calm down.

EVEN IF, Her surname had "kimura", it is a masculine name nevertheless. If she was named Kimura Yamada, or "Yamada Kimura", that would be very strange indeed.

Many last names in English don't have a definite sex association, either because they are clouded, or they just dont have one.

I am familiar with Chinese & Japanese linguistic context, which doesn't differ a whole lot from my own-- Burmese.

  • @AceofDlamonds ..look fuckwit.. the man's first name was Masahiko. You can tell it is a boy's name because of the -hiko. The family name, Kimura, is neither masculine nor feminine.

My friend's wife is ROTFL at your ignorance.

Let's rewind, shall we. I half-jokingly said that I was going to name my first kid "Kimura". Someone else said they would name their's Gogoplata. I joked that the Gogoplata was a girls name, to which he replied that he would name his son Omoplata.

  • Comment removed

  • @AceofDlamonds ...then you jump in with the "Kimura is a Japanese man's name". And the ridiculous "fail". Kimura, my short-bus riding friend, is a Japanese FAMILY name. There are likely to be just as many Japanese WOMEN with the surname "Kimura"as men.

Masahiko is the man's given name, NOT Kimura.

    Shit for brains.

  • @AceofDlamonds ..so, in closing, naming my kid Kimura is the same as naming him or her any other SURNAME. It could be Corleone, or Lennon, or Papadopolis, or Perez or SUZUKI.

Now go troll somewhere else. The adults want to talk.

  • Comment removed

  • @mapache11

AND I WASN"T FUCKING trolling. Might want to look up the word before throwing around indiscriminately.

It seems like you're the one who can't have a decent debate or just a quick fixing of mistaken reply....

I was first referring to someone saying "Kimura is a female name". It was almost certainly you, but If i misunderstood as someone else's, I apologize.

But Kimura as a surname wouldn't matter. Naming a female Kimura(not surname) is like naming a man "Casey" in the US. happens

  • Say tht u can't grab the other persons arm because they are too strong

  • Since most people don't know about it, or expect it, when it is done quickly, unless there is a huge weight/strength difference, there is nothing the person can do. You might have to eat a punch, but when you have broken the guy's arm, you'll feel better.

  • @ExclusiveXAzn Like the guy above me said by the time you lock it in it's locked in most people aren't used to the feeling so they will feel it quick and they will be in shock from the pain and won't be able to act correctly.

  • thisl come in handy

  • i like Fedor's way...

    but both are very effective

  • Aprendi Ja é Bem Util :D

  • dats effective

  • There are so many things wrong with this technique. For starters If you grab the wrist first they'll just move it. You want to swim thru their arm and grab your wrists and theirs at the same time. You dont just grab and hope they dont fight back.

  • uhh, maybe if you go at the speed they're demonstrating. The guy ontop of you just needs to make one mistake, and if you're quick enough you'll have his wrist before he knows he's tapping out.

  • Comment removed

  • Just because you have no grip strength...doesnt mean nobody else does.

  • Just because you don't know how to break a grip doesnt mean no one else does.

  • sal is stupid he sucks

  • Some nice sex positions.(:

  • LOL

  • This move doesnt work well if they person can out stregthen you.You can tell me Im wrong but if they out power you and you cant get their arm up the move is useless I know this from experience. But the trick is if you do it fast and they dont see it coming then it would work so try not to telegraph your moves .

  • true, but from my times rollin with some guys doin mma, its only not worked when they grabbed their leg/opposite wrist....but if you have this move and they block it by doin the above, let go and try the guillotine....could work, maybe not...but you always have other tricks...i like the kimora simply cause it catches some off guard and they tap quick as hell...lol...

  • Yeah the gulliotine is my move I like it because I know so many variations.

  • if they are much much stronger then i like to go for this kimura then transition to the hip bump sweep (if they are pulling their arm BACKWARDS)

  • dumbass.

  • Brazlian JJ is the most effective 1 on 1 ground fighting style, all martial arts have there advantages and disadvantages thats how mma started.

  • No its just the mats that make the noise. Also if you think you hear someone fart, most likely its just the mats squeaking

  • @MrLexussc300

If you think you hear the mats squeaking, most likely its just someone farting.

  • When he leaned back did anyone else here a crack or something being strained?

  • BASTARD LEAVE THE POOR GIRL ALONE !!!!

  • " most fights end up on the ground"........ I'm so tired of that bullshit

  • they do if its a school fight or something most do

  • So this is like the Americana but from the guard position instead?

  • I agree that uniforms should not be used during any Martial Art but if you are talented enough you will understand that the clothing doesn't make a huge difference. I also agree that the Japanese way is more affective bc i was trained in Ninjutsu for 3 years. Brazilian Jujitsu is for defense and instant pain at the most. Ninjutsu is a complete different story. Ninjutsu should only be used to paralyze or kill. People should not learn Ninjutsu. It IS a self defense art but it is to kill.

  • what the fuck!? how the fuck did we start talking about ninjitsu? go back to fairy tale land kid, i don't see any ninjitsu fighters in any professional combat sport. it's another of those let me try a move on a guy whos standing still and completely relaxed, without any reaction or counter. so sad how so many of these fools fall for these things all the time... by the way i know what im tlaking about because my brother in-law had been doing it for nearly 6 years before switching to mma.

  • You really do not seem to know, a relative of mine is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Ninjitsu. It is not in MMA because it is purely self defense. They think, why kick high when I can kick you in the knee or groin and break those... Its last resort self defense.

  • shutup

  • Great instructional videos.

The great thing about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is that it's practical, and it actually works on the street!

  • i know im going to get bashed for this but honestly bjj is not very practical for the "street" fight most street fights dont make it to the ground before someone gets knocked out... also you are not going to be wearing kneepads and or gi on the street rolling on the concrete doesnt seem very practical does it? =/ bjj, grappling is good to know maybe a little of but maybe it wouldnt hurt to say that stand up martial arts are more practial for street fights

  • 1. Most street fights do go to the ground. They'll swing at eachother, clinch and wrestle.

    2. Only a few BJJ techniques are restricted to tournament conditions.

    3. "Stand-up" Martial Arts aren't necessarily more practical; when the fight goes to the ground, you're helpless. This is why you should incoporate both in to your curriculum.

There is a reason why BJJ dominated the first MMA tournament back in the days. It was 1 vs 1, and few had ground-fighting abilities.

  • In mma back in the day they fought in the ring though >.> there is no padded ring on the street, unfortunetly lol. most ppl wear knee pads in the ring too when they fight. yah you're right its good to have a balanced and well rounded fighting style. most people these days are learning a combination of muay thai and bjj i myself am learning bjj and wing chun i prefer no gi because it is more practical and i use to do wrestling back in highschool so i tihnk i ahve sort of an edge over some :D

  • I was just using the MMA tournament as an example to demonstrate how effective and important a ground-based fighting style is in 1 vs 1.

Muay Thai is arguably the best style for punches and elbows, so mixing it with BJJ seems like a splendid idea.

  • actually I agree with you both to a point but the reason BJJ did so well :

1 the rules were better suited to a grappler

2 The Gracies got everyone to fight there fight e.a. fake a low kick then clinch

3 most other arts didn't have any ground game. but there were different arts in the early days that did do well, but it was all about the fighter, not the system, Kempo, savate are a few that made the finals. The kempo guy did well I thought against Graice he lost but hey can't win them all.

  • Rules..? what rules were in the UFC haha . The prupose was to show he BJJ /GJJ was the most effective martial art. Did you hear of the Gracie Challenge? Other styles Chalenged them, and lost horribly,If they didnt have ground Fighting, thats here fault. If it didnt prove BJJ is the Most effective art,It proved atleatst Grappling is very effective against a strong striker. They exposed the arts flause, what were they going to do stand and Bang with them?thats not there art,and those fakes were in

  • There styles cirriculim so dont try to say gracies were unfair,I meen for gods sakes. Its just avoiding take downs was not in the other fighters Training,Proving that certain arts were not street effective.

  • Statistically most fights end up on the ground. People are not naturally graceful so they tend to fall or trip or do take downs. The "best" thing to do is to know some b.j.j. and to know some muy thai. However if you just studied b.j.j. then you will be able to defend yourself well out in the "real world." It's very pratical for defense and you don't have to do ninjitsu, haha.

  • exactly... especially with how big the UFC has made mixed martial arts now... Everybody and their brother are mimicing the fighting styles from it and now jiu jitsu and other fighting styles are becoming more and more popular and so a lot more regular people are going to try to do it on the streets.... So it is, especially now, a great idea to know a little bit of jiu jitsu, definitely some muay thai and other stuff... and like you said... I dont think there's a need for Ninjitsu... lol

  • lol ninjitsu

  • Well Said :D

  • you are a complete idiot

  • Fix the audio on your videos!

  • snap that bitch's arm off

  • haha thas great

  • LOL
