  • the uploader seems to have missed the point. The song mocks nationalism in general.

  • @itismehonest No I haven't missed the point. I state that it is poking fun. If I have a point, it is that you can't even do that anymore, especially as there are so many humourless people out there, ready to take offense at 'the drop of a hat' to any little comment these days.

  • Kernow is disastrously under-represented in this song..

    ^^

  • Clever disposition of other nations faults by showing their own nations' predjudice. Funny.

  • Great English newspaper headline 'Fog in channel, Continent cut off'

  • I think that knowing they are foreign that makes them so mad.

  • Another triumph for Great Britain, or England loses again. Gosh we love this so much! There's always be an England. And we don't bother to put our name on stamps. Oh that makes me laugh.

  • "Jerusalem" - classic! I had to pause the playback on that!

  • "They'll always be a North Pole as long as some madman doesn't melt it!"

    The English are good

    And clever

    And modest

    And mistunderstood.

    Pure genius!

  • Oh ~ global warming prophetic!

  • @SuperNevile People were aware of Global Warming in the time of Flanders and Swan

  • @MichelinDUD It is only now that its effects are obvious to all that it is called into question.

  • @Mullahgrrl I don't know why I even wrote that, because I'm not sure it's even true o.O

  • They practise beforehand which spoils the fun!
