why do so many mexicans flee to America? I really like Mexico, the Mexican people, the language, and this genre of Mexican music which is the best type of Mexican music in my opinion. I'm an American teenager, and the culture seems way more lively and fun than the American culture. why do so many mexicans flee to America? I really like Mexico, the Mexican people, the language, and this genre of Mexican music which is the best type of Mexican music in my opinion. I'm an American teenager, and the culture seems way more lively and fun than the American culture. I make some racist jokes here and there and shame on me, but really I don't offend Mexicans, and there cool people. Except for the gangbangin Latinos they can go to hell. Agreed?

@sandhogy I mentioned before that I am was born, bred and educated (with all the propaganda and nationalism that it entails) in the U.S. My experiences abroad were eye opening and made me embarrassed to be an American, and I didn't want to come back. Family tugs on the heartstrings, however.

Having said that, if it wasn't America as the big bully it would be any other nation. I'm a Texan & I wholeheartedly agree with you! Unfortunately in the US it matters little how awake the public is. In my opinion our overly complicated system of elections is an illusion put in place by our leaders to make us feel like we have an inkling of control over our lives.
