Does it really matter who it is? It's awsome one way or another. Kiku is supposed to be more high pitched, Haku sounds like a guy if you ask me(but has some pretty good songs) and Miku Zatsune is Miku with slightly higher pitch(or lower, depending on enditor). There is no Hagane Miku in VocaloidWiki, but it does account for the 'heavyer' songs of vocaloid, makeing it easyer for search up. One way or another, I love the song, and hope to see more of this voice in future songs.

Haku normally recieves a lower-pitched Miku voice in most fan portrayals, though her voice is actually Miku's changed in the program itself (different gender factor, breathiness, ect.) But, yes, she is a failed Miku.

Kiku was supposed to be higher-pitched, but, like how Neru got different voices applied (ACT2 Rin) Kiku can technically use a changed Miku voice too, often a deeper one to fit Taito's.
