@WubbaWubba288 Furious 4? You mean the Elite 4? Anyway, the Battle Frontier is simply there as a challenge to players who wants to get better and how to measure themselves. You can technically fight Palmer twice since he uses different Pokemon at a higher difficulty (21 win streak then 49 win streak). It isn't mandatory to fight him and you don't get much more than a "Print" for beating him, but it is just kinda awesome since it gives you some bragging rights.

@ScottyofPwnage You can only fight Palmer in Diamond. The other Frontier Brains aren't there. And you can only get to Palmer by winning 20 matches in a row in the Single Battle streak. It does not count a combination of partner battles or double battles; Singles and singles only. The 21st trainer is Palmer. If you lose before defeating your 20th trainer in a row, you have to start over again.

Rhyperior is the least of your worries. He uses special attacks so just use special attacks against him. Against Dragonite, I used Steelix, got 2 curses up, and used stone edge to take him out. And Milotic, I just toxic stalled him out with Blissey and kept protecting from Hypnosis and Softboiled.

Just touch them and you'll get to choose different colored themes including Green, Yellow, Pink, Gray, and a few others. Sadly, Blue is not an option as that is the color used only when you connect online at the GTS.

@LeopardGeckoTree No, there isn't. That's why they have you save before each and every battle streak. And if you end up losing, or you turn off the game because you're about to lose or the battery dies or something, then you become disqualified from your battle challenge. You only have one option now and that's to move forward.
And if you don't already know his team, it consists of Cresselia, Regigigas, and Heatran. Good luck.

He's soo00o easy to beat... i used cresselia, garchomp and dragonite :3 His milotic, sadly was acting like a retard: using hypnosis continously on cresselia's subsitute. xD
I just beat him easily on my 12th battle with him. I tried with the same team 11 times before that and couldn't beat him. I used Garchomp Electivire and Milotic. I didn't even need to use milotic.
When you enter your Battle Recorder, look at the lines at the side of the touch screen and touch them; this changes it from Green to a number of other colors including the pink theme, gray, yellow, and so on. Blue is not an option, unfortunately.
Togetic doesn't evolve at a level. You have to use a Dawn Stone on it for it to evolve into a Togekiss. If not a Dawn Stone, then a Light Stone; I mix it up all the time.
You have to win 20 battles in a row at the Battle Tower; this means you fight the Battle Tower three times on those 7-trainer streaks. On the 21st battle, you fight Tower Tycoon Palmer.
honestly i think your raichu would have to have MAJOR ev's on sp.attk and speed Ev's since milotic has uber sp.defence has hypnosis and if it puts u so sleep ur screwed.but maybe a lum berry would be best.you fight him by getting a streak in the battle tower of 21

On Route 210 (the really foggy area), there is an old woman in a house there that will teach Draco Meteor to dragon type Pokemon, but you must have a maxed friendship with the Pokemon, or else she won't teach it.

Sorry for double posting but just a piece of advice, when ever you know you're gonna face a Frontier Brain at the end of the streak, the first Pokemon in your party should know moves that help it's weakness because the Brains ever-changing Pokemon gives them an advantage (Ex. Dragonite is weak to Ice, Rock and Dragon. Teach it Waterfall for Rock, Dragon Claw for Dragon and Fire Punch for Ice. Why not Surf, Flamethrower and Dragon Pulse? The moves I listed are physical, it's better on Dragonite)
Why the hell does Rapidash know Strength? O_o That move is mediocre, seriously. You have a lot of much better options no matter which Pokemon you use in the entire game-- the only HM move you should ever teach Party Pokemon is Surf (and MAYBE Waterfall if you prefer a Physical attack and Aqua Tail is not an option).
Read the (lengthy) video description; the place where it says "Rapidash was a scapegoat anyway." That basically means "Ehh... I got no use for it, other than to take a kill."
Rest assured that I have been training up newer, better teams. More recent teams I've developed made the Tower Tycoon look like a cake walk.
Even in D/P, its the same; 21 wins and 49 wins. I'm not sure where the 50 and 100 wins thing came from... I think it was a typo made on Serebii some time ago, but since then fixed.
In honesty, my friend got it for me as a real late birthday present and I never bothered asking the price. However, I'd assume the price was around that of a normal DS game, plus whatever the cost it was to get it shipped on out to me. But the exact of it all, I don't know. But I'm just simply loving it.

-Rules of the Battle Frontier are easier if one simply does it.
-Thanks, but my battle teams have since then gotten a whole lot tougher.
-Riolu doesn't evolve at a level, it evolves when you have a high friendship with it during the daytime hours.

On Route 210 (the really foggy area), there is an old woman in a house there that will teach Draco Meteor to dragon type Pokemon, but you must have a maxed friendship with the Pokemon, or else she won't teach it.

Sorry for double posting but just a piece of advice, when ever you know you're gonna face a Frontier Brain at the end of the streak, the first Pokemon in your party should know moves that help it's weakness because the Brains ever-changing Pokemon gives them an advantage (Ex. Dragonite is weak to Ice, Rock and Dragon. Teach it Waterfall for Rock, Dragon Claw for Dragon and Fire Punch for Ice. Why not Surf, Flamethrower and Dragon Pulse? The moves I listed are physical, it's better on Dragonite)

Why the hell does Rapidash know Strength? O_o That move is mediocre, seriously. You have a lot of much better options no matter which Pokemon you use in the entire game-- the only HM move you should ever teach Party Pokemon is Surf (and MAYBE Waterfall if you prefer a Physical attack and Aqua Tail is not an option).

Read the (lengthy) video description; the place where it says "Rapidash was a scapegoat anyway." That basically means "Ehh... I got no use for it, other than to take a kill."
Rest assured that I have been training up newer, better teams. More recent teams I've developed made the Tower Tycoon look like a cake walk.

Actually, it's after 21 wins and 49 wins. Either way, he's the only "Frontier Brain" you see in the D/P versions.

Even in D/P, its the same; 21 wins and 49 wins. I'm not sure where the 50 and 100 wins thing came from... I think it was a typo made on Serebii some time ago, but since then fixed.

In honesty, my friend got it for me as a real late birthday present and I never bothered asking the price. However, I'd assume the price was around that of a normal DS game, plus whatever the cost it was to get it shipped on out to me. But the exact of it all, I don't know. But I'm just simply loving it.
